Elijah enters my office, I look up, "Yes?"
"We've found one of Ivan's men and he's just confessed where their next shipment is being placed and when."
I nod, "Okay send me the details and—"
My phone rings and I answer it.
I give Elijah a look that tells him to stay.
"Is this Mr. Russo?"
"Yes, this is he."
"I'm Josephine King. I'm calling from a police station in London. I believe we've just found your little sister Athena Russo. I'm her social worker. Would you like to take her in?"
I freeze.
"You found her?"
Elijah's eyes widen. "Put in on speaker!" he whispers. I quickly put her on speaker.
She hums, "Yep. But I would like to say she just dealt with a lot of events recently So if you want to take her in I have contact numbers for you and—"
"Yes. I'll fucking take her in. But are you sure it's her?"
"Yes. We ran a DNA test."
I nod, "Okay I'll be there tomorrow to pick her up."
"Tomorrow? Don't you live in New York City?"
I hang up.
"T-They've found her?" Elijah asks.
I nod, "Yes. We need to book a flight now and pick her up." He nods and he immediately calls one of our men to book a flight.
