One more part after this!

She couldn't breathe. (F/N) couldn't breathe.

She gasped and gulped for air, but nothing seemed to work.

She was going to die, wasn't she?

"(F/N)!"

The voice sounded so distant; scratch that, everything sounded distant. She tried to reach out for someone or even something. Just anything that would keep her where she was and prevent her from drifting too far away.

"You bastard!"

"There's your warning; keep yourselves busy with keeping her alive. Try anything stupid, and I'll finish her off."

"What the hell is wrong with you?!"

She needed to say something. She needed them to know that she was still there. Her mouth formed the words, but nothing came out. She needed to them to know.

"(F/N)? I need you to say something, please. I need you to tell me you're still with me."

"Is that Armin?" Her thoughts were a jumbled mess as she tried to decipher the voice. Everything would be so much easier if she could see!

So open your eyes.

She could do that?

" -please just do something, (F/N)!"

"A-Armin?" She gathered as much energy as she could and forced her eyelids open, her vision blurry. She tried to focus on the many faces above her. "Armin?"

The blonde directly above her face smiled and she could see the tears staining his angelic face. "I'm right here."

A groan escaped her lips when the moving RV hit a bump, jostling her pained leg.

"What happened?" She croaked as fire shot up her leg.

"Reiner shot you in the leg," he explained. "You fell back and hit your head pretty hard, and we're struggling to stop the bleeding... you've lost so much blood already too..."

She screamed and arched her back slightly when someone pushed too hard on the open wound. "Too much pressure," she gasped out.

"I'm sorry," Marco apologized. "But I have to use that much. You've lost too much blood already, I need to apply this much pressure to stop it." He pushed the palms of his hands down even more, drawing out another pained scream from (F/N).

This time, Armin flinched and covered her mouth with his hand to muffle the noises. "Just breathe, okay? Everything will be fine, you'll be fine. Just breathe and listen to my voice," he whispered in his most soothing voice.

(F/N)'s hands both went up and clutched onto the one Armin had over her mouth, her eyes squeezing shut and tears leaking. It was too much. She couldn't do it.

"Just listen to me, alright? You're okay, Marco was in medical school, remember? He knows what he's doing, just trust him and focus on me," Armin continued.

When Marco applied even more pressure and caused (F/N)'s hips to buck up, Eren and Jean had to hold her down from either side to keep her still.

"Connie, I need more warm water," Marco called over his shoulder. "Sasha, get me something to make a tourniquet out of."

Both nodded and ran around, Connie to the sink and Sasha towards the back to sift through the multiple bags and supplies.

Marco smiled up at (F/N). "You're doing great, (F/N)."
