3rd Person Omniscient POV

Y/N strolls down the prime path, avoiding the hole that was blown up that night. She smirks at it but says nothing. She travels to Punz's house and knocks on the door.

No answer.

She knocks again.

"Punz!"

No answer.

He must be out then.

Y/N walks along the path and finds Punz leaning tiredly against a tree.

"Punz!" He appears wary at first but smiles when he sees her.

"Hey Y/N," he says.

"What are doing out here?"

"What do you think?" he asks sarcastically.

"I don't know, I took a break and went traveling thousands of blocks out."

He sighs.

"So we have a problem on our hands."

"What sort of problem?"

"An assassin problem," he raises an eyebrow.

"Assassin?" she looks surprised.

"Yeah, someone went into Sapnap's house during the night and stole all of Dream's armor, gear and mask. They fought with Sapnap and managed to knock him out. They left behind a message saying "this is only the beginning" with a smile and saying it's from Nightmare."

"This sounds like Dream," Y/N says.

"I know, but it's not. George and I found Sapnap and we stayed with him the rest of the night in case he was being targeted. We woke to Tommy screaming and found Nightmare burning Tommy's home and threatening him. We stepped in but they used metal throwing discs to take us out."

"Wait, how did they beat all of you?" Y/N asks.

"They were clearly very trained. They injured Tommy's neck enough so he would bleed but not bleed to death. They threw the discs perfectly and hit the places where there were gaps in our armor. They had quick reflexes and managed to dodge George's arrow and make it hit Sapnap instead."

"Did they ever talk? Do you know what they looked like?"

"It was a girl, or woman, whatever. They were wearing all black and a black mask with a white smiley face. They had a hood on too. They weren't wearing armor though. They had this intimidating, monotone, and menacing voice that makes me think they were an outsider. Their fighting style is different and they don't sound like anyone I know."

"So you don't think this has any connection with Dream?"

"Definitely not, I feel like they're trying to make it seem like it's Dream for some reason."

"So, what can we do?" Y/N asks.

"Be on high alert, patrol, and stay together," Punz says leaning against the tree and shreds some leaves.

"So, no sparring today?" she says.

"Nope."

"Alright, well I'll see you around Punz. Stay safe!"

"You too!" he calls as she leaves.

I'm worried. Nightmare might go for Y/N. She is strong but I don't think she could fend her off. Nightmare is so interesting. She's nothing like I've ever seen before. I want to study her fighting style but I could never get close. I really want to know someday. Something about her is just so intriguing.
