Gon's POV

"I think this one's my favorite out of everything" I say looking at a pink sweet pea.

"It is pretty, it looks so different compared to other ones" Killua said walking from behind me.

"Yeah it's because it's a sweet pea, they're kind of rare" I say looking at him.

"Really? How do you know so much about flowers" he says looking at other flowers.

"I took a floral biology class in high school once, most people wouldn't really remember anything from it but, I've always thought nature was pretty.. especially flowers and some of the insects who use them. I just don't like being in nature though, at least not for too long, sorry I'm probably rambling" I say kind of embarrassed while looking away.

"Even if you were rambling, what makes you think I don't wanna hear about it?" Killua laughed.

I felt him coming closer to me, he lifted up my chin to his. "Everything about you is interesting, don't hold back on telling me more, okay darling?" he says making me blush.

"Um excuse me Prince Gon and Prince Killua, your guardians have instructed me to collect you and bring you to your rooms" a voice said from the door.

"Oh, really? Okay then we'll be right there!" I say looking at the small lady.

"What do you think is going on?" Killua says.

"Maybe because of Christmas, it is almost 12" I laughed grabbing my purse.

Killua put his hand in mine as we met up with the lady. "Ready your highnesses?" she asked as we nodded.

It was only a 2 minute walk but still kind of awkward, we had to be in our own rooms even though I was gonna go to Killua's after she left. I only grabbed a few of my things, dropped some stuff off and went back out of the door but when I opened it I saw Maki, getting ready to knock.

I looked at him in disgust and tried to push past him before he picked me up from behind. "What the hell are you doing get off of me!" I yelled at him.

"I will, as long as you talk to me for a second, please?" he says as I just sat there there feeling helpless.

"I'm not gonna let you go until you agree, or I'll just talk to you against your will"

"Both options are against my will! Just leave me alone, look, we're not gonna be together s-" I say as Killua's door opened.

"Gon are y- What the hell.." Killua said glaring at Maki.

"Put down my boyfriend before I make you, you have three seconds" Killua said as he began counting down.

Maki dropped me as Killua caught me, making sure I didn't fall. "Fine.. this is stupid anyways, I can't believe I let someone like you take him away from me. He doesn't actually love you Gon but I-" we walk away before he can finish.

"Let's hurry" I say watching Killua put his key card in.

Soon after, he came in and comforted me. I almost felt bad but, the way he treated me.. "I don't like hurting people but I  can't let you get hurt, and you come before anyone" he says hugging me.

I feel so safe, he always relieves me of any stress or pain every time he touches me.

"It's okay though, you know that stuff he says doesn't effect me anymore right?" I say hugging him tighter.

"Yes but I just wanna protect you that's all, he's obviously still obsessed with you, just stay with me and away from him for now.. at least until you don't have to live in the same building as him" he says holding my face.
