FOOD FIGHT!!!

Dan's POV

We were talking for a while until food got thrown past me, we both looked in the direction the food came from and I saw Jemma with a smirk on her face. Justin then grabbed some food and threw it at her I looked at him, and I could see anger in his eyes as they both threw food at each other. Someone in the cafeteria then yelled,

Kid 1: FOOD FIGHT!!!

Everyone started to throw food at each other, I got up and went to a different table that was in the back and sat down. I looked around and I saw a kid sitting at a table in the dark, he started to walk toward me,

Dan: (Uhhhh what should I do just sit here or run?!)

???: Hello my name is James what's yours?

Dan: I-I-I'm D-Da-Dan

James: Nice to meet you, Dan, I see you know Justin

Dan: You know him?

James: Who doesn't he is one of the coolest kids in the school

I looked over to Justin and then back at James who was looking at the fight but mainly looking at Justin,

Dan: So you look up to him?

James: Yeah

Dan: Then why aren't you with your friends? You have friends right?

James: No not really

I felt sad for him, but he didn't seem to mind not having friends,

Dan: Do you want to be my friend???

James: Really? Yes I would like to be your friend

Dan: Do you want to meet Justin?

James: Yeah that would be awesome

We got up and headed over to the other tables, but when we got there two teachers walked into the cafe,

Techer 3: STOP FIGHTING NOW!

Everyone stopped fighting except for Justin and Jemma, another teacher walked up to the two and grabbed the trays of food.

Techer 1: She said stop!

They both stopped and stepped down from the tables,

Teacher 3: Know Who Started This Food Fight?!

They all pointed at Justin and Me,

Teacher 1: You two are coming with us!

Dan: But I didn't do anything

Teacher 3: They all say that

They both grabbed our arms and pulled us out of the cafe, no matter how many times I told them I didn't do anything they didn't believe me. I stopped arguing and just walked with them, we made it to the principal's office and sat down.

Teacher 3: Wait here for the principle

They left the office, then I saw the principal walk in,

Mr. P: So you are the troublemakers that made the mess in the cafeteria

Dan: I didn't do anything-

Justin: he did nothing I did it all

Mr. P: I can't let either of you go until your parent or guardian comes to pick you up. Also, you both have detention for a week and you have to clean up the mess you made.

Dan: My mom is at work until 8:00, so can my sister just bring me home later

Mr. P: I don't care as long as someone picks you guys up by the end of the day.

He left the room and I looked at Justin, he was on his phone it looked like he was texting someone. He got a text and started to cry, I looked at the text it stated

Sorry honey I can't pick you up, I'll try to get out of work early but you might have to walk home tonight sorry, I love you see you at home 😘😘

I felt really bad for him, he had to walk home all by himself and stay there for what seemed like hours.

Dan: Are you gonna be ok?

Justin: Yeah this happens more often than you think

Dan: What?!

Justin: It's okay it doesn't matter anyway...

I looked at him and he started to cry a lot harder, I felt really bad for him but I couldn't do anything for him.

Later...

It was now the end of the day and my sister came into the office to pick me up...

Amanda's POV

I was in class with Ron when my teacher told me that Dan started a Food Fight in the cafeteria, he said that I had to pick him up at the end of the day inside of the Office. It was finally the end of the day and I went to the office, I saw Dan and a kid sitting down,

Dan: Hi Amanda...

Amanda: Dan what did you do?!

???: He didn't do anything I did Everything

Amanda: What's your name?

Justin: Im Justin and I started the food fight don't get mad at him for something I did

Amanda: Then why did Dan get blamed for everything?

Dan: Cuz I kept denying that I did anything so they just said I did everything.

Amanda: Oh, well Dan c'mon we have to get home also you should get home too. Where is your guardian?

Justin: My mom is at work and I don't have a sister or brother, so I have to walk home by myself.

Amanda:What?!!!

Dan: He said this happens almost every day

Justin: Well I guess I should get going then, Bye Dan

Dan: Wait do you want us to walk with you?

Justin: Nah it's fine I'll walk by myself

He then got up and left, I grabbed Dan's hand and we both went home.
