"Maa! Koi bhi le lo, saare acche hain,"Samadrita said while Trinayani laughed and said,"Saroj ne bataya ki Cheeku ne bhi yahi kaha tha subha subha, aur phir ek acchi si ring le li tere liye. Abb tu bhi select karle beta."

Samadrita nodded and then looked at the rings while Ishan brought Hardik infront of the jewellery shop and said,"voh dekho Bhai, voh rahi Bhabi."

"Engagement ring lene aai hain na? Ring toh mhaare haath pe hi chadego,"Hardik said while walking into the shop.

"Yeh wali Maa, yeh wali acchi jachegi Virat ko,"Samadrita said picking up a ring.

"Bohot sundar hain. Bhai sahab, yahi pack kar dijiye,"Trinayani said to the jeweller, who did namaste to Hardik and they looked behind.

"Ring? Toh kab hain engagement?"Hardik asked and Samadrita looked at her mother who asked,"who is he?"

"Bade thakur!"she replied and Hardik shocked Trinayani by touching her feet and seeking her blessings, while the boys held each other in shock, while Shreyas said something to the shopkeeper.

"Namaste Aunty! Aap shayad naraaz honge mujhse bohot. Voh thodi misunderstanding hogayi thi shuru shuru mein. Par abb sab sorted hain,"Hardik said.

"Umm...haan namaste. Aap Rishabh ke bade bhai hain na? Bohot accha ladka hain Rishabh."

"Haan, mera bhai jo hain!"Hardik said proudly and Samadrita frowned.

"Haan bilkul. Vaise aap yaha?"Trinayani asked.

"Haan voh Sama se milney agaya. Vaise isne bataya aapko ki hum kitne acche dost hain?"Hardik asked and Trinayani looked at Samadrita who said,"hum...dost? Haan...matlab...jaan pehechaan hain par..."

"Par dost bass kuch hi din pehele bane hain. Toh apne shaadi pe bula toh rahi ho na? Main nahi aaunga toh shaadi kaise hogi?"Hardik said casually and Samadrita panicked.

"Matlab?"Trinayani asked in a serious tone.

"Yeh toh wakt aane pe aapko pata chal hi jayega Aunty,"Hardik said with a smirk.

"Hogaya madam ji,"the shopkeeper said and gave the packed box to Trinayani. She took it and went to make the payment while still noticing Samadrita and Hardik as the latter held her hand and slipped a ring into her ring finger and said,"engagement mubarak ho Biwi!"

Trinayani quickly came back to them but Hardik walked away with his gang after passing her a smile. "Nikalo yeh ring! Yeh sab kya hain?"Trinayani said while trying to slip out the ring from Samadrita's finger, but it was too tight and it was hurting her, therefore she stopped and looked at her as she said,"Maa! I can explain."

"Le aaya ring?"Hardik asked Shreyas and he passed him a box and said,"aapki measurement ka hi choose karliya tha Bhabi ne. Ajeeb baat hain."

"Jehi toh hove se sacchi pyaar ki connection,"Hardik said slipping the ring into his finger while Shreyas added,"unke box mein dusra ring gaya hain. Bhabi ki pasand wali toh aap hi ne pehena akhirkar."

"Aur uski touch bhi hain isme. Aaj Dhanteras se, shubh din se. Lakshmi ne apne Narayan ko ring deh hi di. Hogayi engagement,"Hardik said and the boys hugged him saying,"areh bhai bhai bhai bhai bhai. Congratulations."

"Itni baadi baat tujhe samajh nahi aaya? Itni bewakoof kaise ho sakti hain tu?"Trinayani scolded Samadrita while coming out of the jewellery shop.

"Maa! Maine harr koshish ki unhe ignore karne ki. Parr jitna ignore karti hoon utna kareeb aajate hain."

"Chup! Aahista bol. Sagai hain teri doh din mein. Sunn, shopping jo karna hain kar lenge aaj hi, shaadi hone tak tu ghar se ek pao bhi bahaar nahi rakhegi. Ghar ki deheleez hi teri Lakshman rekha hain aaj se,"Trinayani said and Samadrita just gave a nod while Taara called them asking about when are they coming to the mall.
