Your P.O.V:

"He's been here the whole day. He hasn't said anything, done anything, except stand there and look outside." You whispered to Kurapika, Killua and Leorio at the end of the hall. All of you were concerned for Gon. Ever since he'd gotten back from the 4th phase, he's been different. Kurapika says that he was like this during the phase to and frankly we're all extremely worried. You went to check up on Gon from behind the wall at the end of the hall every now and then, and since the first time, he hasn't moved. "Guys, this isn't like him..." You whisper, "He's usually so full of energy and cheery."

"Well what can we do?" Leorio asks. You shrug and wait for someone to think of an idea. After a few seconds of silence, you turn to find all 3 boys' eyes on you.

"Why are you looking at me?!" You shout-whisper.

"You're the girl, you know how to handle delicate situations like this, plus you're like Gon's older sister, you'll know what to say." Leorio says while the other two nod.

"What about Killua! You're like his best friend!" You say turning to face Killua.

He lifts up his arms in defense, "I tried talking to him already, he didn't even hear me."

"Kurapika then? He definitely the smartest here and the most reasonable thinker."

"Well I-" Kurapika starts, but soon get interrupted.

"Come on Y/n! You know you'd be the best at handling this. Gon won't listen to me or Killua and frankly Kurapika might be too blunt." Leorio says. You sigh knowing that he was right.

"I can't go alone! What if I become at a loss for words, I need someone there to help." You plead.

"Killua and I already tried, " Sighed Leorio, "It's just you and Kurapika."

"Let's go then. We'll see you guys in the room!" you call over you're shoulder as you drag Kurapika over to Gon. Both of you walk quickly down the wall, your hand still holding Kurapika's hand dragging him down the hall. "What ever you do, don't be too blunt okay?" You instruct Kurapika in a hushed voice, "I know you're one to take the more reasonable path with problems, but you need to tread lightly. We don't know what he's going though." Kurapika simply nodded, but little did you know he was barely listening due to the fact that you were holding his hand.

You both stop with a bit of space between you two and Gon. He was leaning his arms on the widow sill, watching the clouds pass the blimp. You walked over to him slowly and peered at him over his shoulder. His eyes were dull and not moving. His eyebrows furrowed in thought. "Gon?" You ask gently tapping his shoulder, "Are you okay?" You watch him blink his eyes then tilt is head a bit to look at you.

"Oh, hey Y/n." He says slowly.

"What are you doing here all alone?" You ask joining him in leaning on the window sill and watching the clouds.

"I just needed some time alone to think." He says.

"You've been out here thinking for quite a bit." You say, "We were starting to get worried. Are you okay?"

        "I'm fine."

"Anything you wanna talk about?" You ask gently as Kurapika joins the two of you at the window sill. He leaned on the sill to your left with Gon on your right. "You don't have to deal with it alone either. Whatever it is we're here to listen and help. We're your friends above everything else, remember Gon? You said that yourself." You say giggling slightly as the end.

Gon laughs slightly, but only for a second before sighing.

"Did something happen during the latest phase? You seemed out of it then." Kurapika asked.

"Well, you know how my target was Hisoka?" Gon asks, the two of us nod, "well when I went after him to get his tag, I used my fishing rod to steal his tag when he was going after his own prey. He didn't realize I was there until I took his tag, and when he looked at me, I ran."

"I still don't unders-" Kurapika starts, but you nudge him gently, to be quiet as Gon continued.

"Well as I was running, I suddenly i got hit with a paralyzing dart. I was so focused on getting Hisoka's tag that I didn't even notice i was being followed the whole time. Then the people who shot my took my tags and left. After a while Hisoka came back, and gave me back my tags. He was congratulating me for being able to take his tag. I told him to take his badge back, but then he just punched me and said he wouldn't take it back until I was able to punch him back like that. I was sent flying by that punch, I even got knocked out. I couldn't do anything. I'm still so weak!" Gon's shoulders begin to shake and you quickly pull him into a hug. You hold him close and start patting down his hair.

"Gon, it's okay." You coo, "It's amazing that you were even able to take his tag."

"But I didn't even notice I was being followed and the only reason I passed was because Hisoka got back my tag and gave it to me! I couldn't have gotten this far on my own!" Gon cries into your shirt.

You lean back just far enough to look at Gon's face. "Gon listen to me, we're always going to have people out there who are stronger than us, but instead of seeing ourselves as weak next to them, we should learn how we can improve and be motivated to become stronger after seeing how much stronger those people are. Everyone is weak at least once int heir life time. It's when we face your weaknesses, learn from them and try to improve ourselves, that we show our true strength. But Gon, you are not weak. You are the most kind, the most cheerful and most adorable boy out there. And you are the most strong willed boy I've ever met. I know from the bottom of my heart that you will accomplish amazing things. Without you, I wouldn't have gotten this far, heck none of us would've! We got this far by trusting our friends and working together, why should having your friends help you sometimes, make you weak? No one can get anywhere in life alone Gon, you need friends to help you, and we're here for you. We're going to pass together, I promise!"

Gon hugs you tighter and cries a little more into your shirt. You smile, knowing that your words would help him. After taking a few more shaky breaths, Gon pulled back to wipe away his tears on his sleeve.

"Thank you Y/n." Gon said with a smile up at you. You sighed in relief when you noticed his signature gleam back in his eyes.

"You're welcome Gon." You smile brightly down at him, "Now go to the room at eat, you missed lunch." He quickly nods and runs down the hall towards the room. You smile slightly to yourself, when you feel a hand place itself on your shoulder. You turn around to see Kurapika smiling at you and of course, you melt.

"You didn't even need my help. You did just, fine. No you did amazing." His smile widening at the end. He pulls you into a hug which you happily accept. It was a warm, reassuring hug as if promising you exactly what you promised Gon. you rested your head against his chest and he rested his on top of your head. You pull away and smile up at Kurapika. "You'd make a good mom one day." he says brightly, causing you to blush. You lightly push back his shoulder and laugh slightly.

"Come on Kurapika lets join the other, before they start worrying about us." You say jogging down the hall to your room. You hear him chuckle behind you, followed by the slap of his shoes against the floor in attempts to catch up with you.
