Your P.O.V:
You watch silently as his figure moves further and further away from you. You mind was flooding with various thoughts and feelings all surrounding the same newly acquired information: Killua liked you. Millions of things ran through your head, thousands of which you wanted to say, to ask, but couldn't bring yourself to. Every time you tried to speak your mind, the words caught in your throat, choking you until you swallowed them back down. The minutes of walking seemed to stretch into hours of deafening silence that seemed to only affect you. Killua simple marched forward with only one thought in his mind, to see his friends again. He was ignorant to how much that simple statement had affected you, how easily is invaded your thoughts and found permanent residence. He didn't even know you overheard the conversation between himself and his father. Whether or not he remained oblivious to this was up to you and you weren't sure if you wanted to tell him, or if you'd be able to.
If you told him, you'd be forced to make a choice: Him or Kurapika, and you weren't sure you were ready to. If you didn't, the urge to come out and tell him, to ask him questions would slowly eat away at you until you were on the brink of insanity. The thought of possibly hurting one of your close friends by your choice killed you. But you couldn't continue going on as if you didn't know about Killua's feelings, that wouldn't be fair to him. Like he said, he'd tell you soon and you'd have to make the inevitable choice sooner or later.
"Hey, Y/n! Come on!" Killua calls over his shoulder, beckoning you to join him. You temporarily cast away your thoughts so to not give away your building anxiety, but you knew it wasn't long until they'd be banging at your door again. You reached his side as was a large mansion appear in the distance. It wasn't as large as the actual Zoldyck mansion, but it had the same regal feel just on a smaller scale.
"What is it?" You ask.
"The Butler's Office, where the others are." Killua said with an unconcious smile forming on his face. You look at his face and you knew you wouldn't be able to act comfortable around him until you told him you knew.
"K-Killua, I have to tell yo-"
"You know I never got to thank you guys." He interrupts, "For coming all this way to get me. I honestly thought, after what I did, that you guys wouldn't want anything to do with me." His voice gradually got quieter towards the end, at this moment, showing his fragile and insecure side.
You bow your head softly and smile, "You don't need to thank us Killua. We're your friends. That's what friends do, save each other." You look up expecting a smile from Killua, but were met by sad eyes.
"Right... friends." he says and sends you a half smile before continuing down the path to the Office.
You slap your hand to your forehead, mentally cursing yourself your saying you were just friends. For in fact, you were not just friends! Killua liked you and you, well you weren't sure about your emotions yourself, but saying you were just friends wasn't going to help your current dilemma. Why you even said it, you didn't know. Maybe it just slipped, maybe you just said it, not to convince him to rethink his feelings, but to try to sway yours. Whatever the reason was, you wish you didn't say it.
When Killua reached the Office a few feet before you her turned and waited for you. You jogged up to his side and look up to see his face, hoping to get some hints as to what he was thinking from it, but he had it turned away from you. You were both greeted by a Butler and escorted inside. He took you into a fairly large room with a few couches arranged to face each other in the centre. You took a seat in one couch while Killua took a seat beside you.
