The entire group headed back to their rooms, skipping and laughing with eachother. Jack, Declan and Jesse were at the front of the group, occasionally slapping eachother round the head and messing around. Luke walked with Harry, Harry and Bukayo and the rest of them walked at the back of the group. "Cant believe Im stuck with you idiots for another month," Maeve rolled her eyes, playfully ruffling Marcus' hair as he was next to her. She was actually very relieved - she felt like they'd only just all settled in and things were just starting to get good, this new lockdown was not to affect her negatively. "I'm not complaining," Mason winked, wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling hér into his side for a kiss. "A whole other month of Maevson!" Jude pretended to be sick, causing us all to laugh. But then, her heart dropped in recognition of her earlier thoughts. Mason must have noticed this, as he squeezed her hand tightly in his and stopped walking, causing her to pause with him as the rest of the squad carried on walking. "You do know this isn't just a temporary thing while we're here, right? When we don't live together constantly, my feelings aren't going to change," he assured her, his hands holding hers to his chest and his eyes not removing from her gaze. She felt her stomach warm. This was exactly what she needed to hear. "Promise?" She whispered to him, wanting one last bit of reassurance. "I swear on everything I have. I couldn't imagine life without you, mouse, as soon as we've left this camp I'll be annoying you every second I can anyway," he smiled, shaking his head. She smiled in response, feeling her cheeks warm. He gently leant in and placed a small kiss on her lips. "Why don't I ever hear about these relationships?!" Southgates voice approached them from behind as they remained in the corridor. They both stopped the kiss and turned to him, laughing, before walking hand in hand back to Maeve's room.
