"Haan Sidharth", Shehnaaz spoke picking up the call that was ringing for the 10th time in past 5 minutes.
" Kahan thi tum" Asked Sidharth a little irritated.
" Theek se puch nhi bata rahi varna" She replied.
" Yaar Shehnaaz dimaag mat sada bata kaha thi, dasvi baar call kar raha hoon samajh aa raha hai tumhe kuch" He spoke and she sighed.
" Voh Adi aayi thi uske saath thi, Usko kaam tha na kuch bas vahi kar rahi thi, aur phone silent tha nhi pata chala sachi" She spoke.
" Sahi hai bhai pati bechara tension main pagal ho jaye chalega par Adi ka kaam rukna nhi chaiye, phone phek do utha kar kisi kaam ka nhi hai voh" He spoke sarcastically.
" Vahi main sochoon Teri dusri biwi kyun nhi aayi abhi tak " She taunted back taking him off guard.
" Kya bol rahi hai, Ek toh jheli nhi jaati dusri kya karunga" He spoke but then realised what he spoke.
" Gaya mera aaj ka din manane main" He muttered under his breathe.
" Ek min ek min tu mujhko jhel raha hai " She scoffed.
" Nhi meri Maa nhi jhel raha, aise hi bola maine" He spoke.
" Teri Maa nhi ... Chal chod nhi jhagadna mujhe" She spoke and he sighed.
" Gussa nhi hai na " He asked after a minute of silence.
" Nhi baba nhi hoon" She replied standing in the balcony gazing the moon.
" Tune Bataya nhi dusri biwi kon " He asked again.
" Sidharth abhi tu paka raha hai " Shehnaaz spoke smiling, she was missing him from the past 4 days but this distance doesn't felt like one. He would call her on getting up in the morning, in between whenever he got time and in night too he would stay at the line till she slept. She felt loved and she was happy but still she missed being near him, the feel of hugging him, and just be near him she just missed that all.
" Acha theek hai na meri jaan" He spoke softly.
" Kahi jaa raha hai " She asked listening to the sound of the vehicles beside him.
" Nhi balcony main khada hoon, neeche traffic hai" He spoke and she nodded.
" Tabiyat theek hai"
" Haan better, morning sickness hai bahut zyada but aadat ho gayi hai shayad 7 hafte ho gaye na ab" She spoke and he smiled.
" 7 mahine aur Sidharth, Humara bacha humare saath hoga haina" She spoke her voice so happy that he felt his heart flutter with happiness too.
" Kal check up hai na tera, Dr. khurana se baat ho gayi thi, Vikram ko bhi bol diya hai Media vedia ka dekh lega, Maa ko Le jana akele mat jaana samjhi aur I guess kuch hona toh nhi chaiye but agar kuch lage tere ko call kar diyo" He spoke and she sighed. How she wished him to be with her tomorrow for her first sonography.
" Malum hai meri jaan mujhko bhi hona tha na vahan but kya kar sakte hai haina"
" Arey main theek hoon tu bata tera lecture kaisa gaya " She asked.
" Acha tha matlab Aise first time tha na kisi college mai , teacher waali feel aai yaar, matlab doctors ki conference toh bahut dekhi hai, this was something new, Maza aaya mujhe vaise" He spoke remembering both the sessions he had with the students of 5th year M.B.B.S. in Hamdard Medical College, Delhi.
