Natalia: He says all important prisoners are stored in a certain area.
I receive the text five minutes after it's sent, once we get out of the basement.
We begin searching the first floor. Every room, every closet, every door.
About an hour later I get another text from Natalia.
Natalia: Men are on way back. Heading to 'meeting' with boss.
Me: give me updates
We head to the second floor.
We open every door, to every room, and every closet. Nothing.
Natalia: Interrogation rooms. Upstairs. Be quick. I don't know which one he is in.
"Top floor. Now," I tell Beck as I run for the stairs.
We sprint up two levels of stairs. I quickly open the door and begin down the hall. Many halls go off of this main hall.
"Split up and search," I tell Beck, "I don't know how long we have."
He nods and heads off.
I open door after door. I finish one hall and go to the next.
I open every door in this hall and head to the next. Then I do it again. And again. And again.
Nothing.
Natalia: In room with Sage. What's the plan?
Me: Can you over power the boss? Knock him out?
Natalia: Yes. Room 113
Oh.
I sprint towards that room.
"Beck!" I whisper yell.
"What?"
"Room 113!"
We both sprint to the room.
I look in the tiny square window to see if Natalia has knocked the boss out.
Just as I look I see her pull some Black Widow shit on the boss.
I walk in seconds after.
"That was insane!" I hug her before rushing over to Sage.
He is passed out. I hope.
He has a bullet wound in his chest that has not gotten any medical treatment. I cut down his arm, leg, and another one across his stomach. His one eye is so swollen he probably can't open it.
"I am here Sage. It's okay. I am here," I kiss his cheek.
Beck comes over and help carry Sage.
"Get him into the car-" I here the men entering the building. "I will be with you shortly."
I walk over to the boss and pull out his keys.
"Where are you going?" Natalia asks.
"To go save some people."
