BRUCE AND WILLIS.

╚══ஓ๑♡๑ஓ══╝

My eyes flickered open, quickly shutting as bright sunlight came in contact with my vision. I groaned, Rubbing my eyes as fresh memories played through my mind.

Five.

The number traced my mind, I sat up, stretching to wake myself up a bit more. Was yesterday a dream? There's no way a boy named Five with special abilities could've actually existed.

Could it be a possibility?

I blushed at some memories, even if they might be false, they sure felt real. How on earth did someone so unreal make me feel this way? So . . . alive and worthy of something. I remembered the thought I had when I met him, where I was thinking of my brothers.

They had mentioned those special kids with special abilities, I couldn't help but wonder if it was real. Then I realized, today is Saturday.

Which meant there was a possibility that they could be home today! I quickly jumped out of my bed and started to run towards my door before I halted infront of my full length mirror,

I stared.

I still had on my school uniform like I had yesterday, how did I even get home? Could this mean that this wasn't all a dream? I shook my thoughts away, heading to my closet to pull out a nightgown which I quickly put on, just so they don't get suspicious of why I was wearing my school uniform at a time like this where I don't even have school.

Now finally I left my bedroom, shutting the door gently behind me as I quietly walked up to Willis and Bruce's bedroom. I placed my ear against the bedroom's door . . . Nothing. My face scrunched up as I looked over my shoulder and beyond the hallway before I carefully twisted the door knob, opening the door.

A soft creak echoed the hallway and it made me flinch a bit, quietly muttering a curse to myself.

The door was now fully open, at least open enough for me to peek inside, actually. On top of the two identical bed's layed two identical twins.

"Bruce and Willis . . ." I whispered in disbelief, I couldn't believe that they were actually here. It seems like they were sleeping though, I frowned at that before I stepped inside, shutting the door behind me.

Don't be scared Y/N. They're your brothers, you're supposed to ask them anything ! Worse they can do is hurt you, again.

I let my face soften before I carefully walked around Willis' bed, going up to Bruce since he was the more understanding one. I stood before him in utter silence, suppressing a sigh from leaving my mouth. I shook my head and hurriedly walked towards the bedroom door in fear,

"Y/N. Is that you?" I heard a hoarse voice from behind me, making me stop just in my steps. I stood as stiff as a board, my eyes wide as I quickly tried to compose myself, I turned around to be met with Bruce sitting upright in his bed while he rubbed his eyes,

"It is."

"What are you doing here?" he groaned, I'm dumb for waking him up like this, Jesus Christ, Y/N!

"I . . . I had a question to ask. But I guess now is not the right time, I'm sorry for waking you up." I said honestly, looking at his figure as my hands gripped one another,

"You should've waited until I was awake. What could be so important?" he barked softly, I glanced downwards at the floorboards,

"Those kids, the one's you and Willis have mentioned before? Is it true, are there really kids out there with special abilities?" I mentally recoiled at myself, what am I saying. I swear I sounded so stupid just now, Lord.

"Oh, that's why you're here? Why are you suddenly interested in them, I thought you said it's silly." he mocked me with a small smirk, getting up from his bed to walk to the drawer next to me,

"Well, I thought they were silly. But you're not going to believe me, I think I might've actually met one of them yesterday!" I beckoned, my eyes following his every move as he pulled out the drawer and started rummaging through it,

"No way, Y/N. You must've been dreaming, those kids belong to Sir Reginald Hargreeves, they're his adoptive children. That eccentric prick never let's those kids out the outside world!" he said in a matter-of-a-fact tone. I nodded slightly, odd.

"Yeah but . . . He could . . . What was it called? " I said in thought, looking up to Bruce as he side eyed me, him still focused on whatever he was doing, "I don't know. It was like some form of teleportation! It was like, if you blink. He'd be there one second and the next he's somewhere entirely new!" I rambled, my thoughts on this topic spilling out my mouth, Bruce looked at me knowingly. It seemed like he was questioning the possibility of me meeting these superficial children.

"I don't know, Y/N. Maybe you just heard about that from somewhere and your pea brain managed to make a dream out of it." Bruce said dismissively, finally pulling out the thing he was looking for in the drawer. A fucking Queen shirt.

"Come on. I'll make us breakfast." Bruce said, walking out the bedroom, I stared at him in bewilderment, odd.

The heels of my mary janes clicked against the cement pathway I was walking on, I was walking through town to just see what's going on, there was nothing else to do anyway.

I stopped just before a building, something in it's glass window caught my eye, I looked closer to see a display of televisions. The program was set on the news and I could see a big building which I had guessed was the bank, out of it came a mess of people and soon followed six children all dressed in a familiar school uniform. My brows furrowed at the scene, looking over their faces I spotted one all too familiar for me not to recognize, Five.
