[Two] Good old times

Today is the day you'll have to face familiar faces once more. You're excited since you haven't seen them in years

Once you entered the building, you heard someone shout "(Y/N)!" You turned around to see one of your highschool friends "Jade!" You called out in return, running to hug her "Aw Jade you're still short!" you joked, towering over your small but terrible friend "Yeah I'm short for an attorney!" You nearly fell back in surprise. Jade is the creative one in your group of friends along with her British cousin "Are you kidding me Jade Lester?! A lawyer?! What made you choose law?" She just shrugged "I don't know. Me and Dan went to law school together but he quit after a year"
[You can hear me laugh in the background. I actually made an OC for this story xD]
You shook your head, feeling sorry for Dan "I knew it. Add that to reasons why Dan's a fail"
[I'm laughing even more xD If you sang along, 50 points]
"WHO SAID I'M A FAIL?! Show yourself peasant!" "Dan I don't need to turn around I already know its you!" You complained, making him laugh "Sorry (Y/N)! You're still the same!"

"So (Y/N), have you heard about Steven?" You raised an eyebrow. What in the world Dan is talking about "Excuse me? Steven? As in Steven Davis? That dork?" Your two friends nodded "I've heard he remained single after all these years. Sure he had ladies running after him because he's famous. And hot. I don't know why are they in love with him" "Jade the clueless aromantic strikes again" you joked, trying to steer clear of the topic

You don't really want to talk about him. And why you dated him. You reasoned maybe because you're young and stupid. Your older and more mature now. But still a bit stupid. A little stupidity wont hurt right?

"Say that again (Y/L/N) I'm shooting you" You and Dan tried not to laugh. Your short (and short tempered) friend never changed "Sorry but its really funny to see why you're aromantic and confused" "Said no homo Howell" You sighed and sunk a little in your chair. Its like you're back in highschool again and the two are going to start a friendly banter which usually end up being too noisy and the two being sent to detention

While the two bickered, you were stealing their food and popping them straight to your mouth. Like the good old times. You were too busy stealing Jade's food when someone tapped your shoulder "Excuse me but will you tell your friends to shut up?" Both of them shut up and turned to look at you "Um you may or may not regret it if you looked behind you" Mr. Tap (your nickname to the guy who tapped your shoulder for now) added. "Don't look" Dan mouthed. You got confused and turned to look behind you

"(Y/N) your such a rebel" they both groaned in frustration
