10 minutes later, they arrive at the apartment
Abby: "First things first, we need to make more trick arrows, partner"
Kate's face lights up when she hears Abby call her partner
Kate: "really!"
Abby: "mhm"
Abby gets to building more arrows, Kate helping her
Abby: "Kate, have you seen the pepper spray?"
Kate: "it's right here, where do you learn to do all of this?"
Abby: "self-taught. Tony, bruce, and my uncle clint also taught me some stuff since I could only do so much"
Kate sets down the pepper spray in front of Abby
Abby: "thanks"
They continue to construct the arrow heads
Abby: "here"
she passes Kate an arrow
Kate: "what's this one?"
Abby: "way too dangerous"
Kate carefully sets the head down the arrow and picks up a label maker
Kate: "too dangerous"
She punches into the lable maker
Abby continues to construct the arrow heads while Kate names them and attaches them
Abby: "what's the dress code for the holiday party?"
Kate: "it's formal"
Kate goes back to naming the arrows and Kate sighs
Abby looks over at Kate. She understands what Kate is feeling and going through at the moment since thats how she felt most of her life when she was stuck in Hydra and the Red Room
Abby: "everything will be okay Kate, just stick to your gut most of the time. I know i've been closed of most of the time and harsh when we first me and most of the week but it was because i was scared. I was scared i would hurt you or what i did in the past would come back to hurt you"
Kate: "you're such a tough-looking person who doesn't give a shit about anything but you're such a softie on the inside"
Abby: "don't push it"
Kate laughs
Later on
Abby and Kate both walk into the party. Abby wearing a suit and Kate wearing a long dress looking coat
They both walk into the building and take the elevator up to the floor where the party is being held. Abby and Kate look around the room, scanning for Kate's mom
Kate: "no sign of my mom"
Abby: "want to tell me what you do see though, assets and threats, name them"
Kate looks around
Kate: "threats, that guy. That's gary. He fired me from one of the only jobs I ever had"
Abby rolls her eyes
Kate: "assets? Well we have them all over the party"
Wendy, Missy, Orville, and Grills are all dressed in serving attire.
Kate: "Woah, Jack is out of jail already?"
Abby: "wait wasn't he acusesed of murdering somone with a sword?"
Kate: "yup"
Abby: "and he's showing it off?"
Kate: "maybe it's his way of proving that he really is innocent"
Abby: "weird flex"
Kate: "agreed"
Abby pulls something out from the pocket of her suit
Abby: "takes this and stay on comms at all times. Its connected with mine and all of our assets"
Kate nods
Abby: "I'm going to look around"
They walk away from oneathohter
Abby: "anyone got eyes on Kates's mom?"
Kate: "no I haven't seen her"
They continue to look around the crowd
Kate: "I found her"
Eleanor: "Kate, hi"
Klate: "mom, come with me"
She pulls her mom into the kitchen
Abby stops walking around and walks over to the window to look out of it. Wendy walks over to Abby carrying a platter of champagne
Wendy: "all clear boss"
Abby: "for now..I-"
She looks down at the glasses of champagne wendy is holding and notices a red dot on her and the glasses

Abby grabs the golden platter that wendy is holding and holds it up
A bullet goes through the window and hits the platter. Abby and Wendy drop to the floor
Abby: "get everyone out of here now, this isn't going to end well"
She starts running, all the windows shattering as she passes them
Abby: "Everyone down and away from the window! ой бля ой бля ой бля (oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck)"
She yells as she runs through
Kate: "what the hell was that!"
Grills: "shots fired. We're workin on gettin these people outta here"
Kate runs out of the kitchen and to the main area
Kate: "Abby who is shooting!"
Abby: "no idea but my money is on kazi. Find kate's mom"
She says to one of the assets
Abby: "I'm going to draw the fire away from everyone. Get people out of here!"
Grills: "copy that, we're going into position two. Wendy and Missy kill the lights"
The lights start to turn off. As they are turning off, Kate spots Yelena in the crowd
She follows yelena out of the room and to the elevator
Kate: "So you're chummy with my mom but I didn't think you'd make the cut for the Christmas party"
Yelena: "KateBishop, I'm not here to ruin anything. I'm just going to kill Shadow, have some appetizers, and then I'll go"
Kate: "well I hope you enjoyed the bruschetta, cause it looks like you already lost her"
Yelena: "she's in the elevator"
Kate: "yeah out of 65 floor, you think you're just going to magically guess which one she's on"
Yelnea looks at the elevator screen
Yelena: "12th floor"
kate: "damn it"
Yelena: "enjoy the party"
She steps into the elevator as well as kate
Yelena: "no no, Kate, stay"
She pushes Yelena out of the elevator
The doors are about to close but Kate slips in
