Purple teddy bear
A desolate swimming pool
Two girls
Feet wet
Legs intertwined
Hearts beating as one
Flowers dying
Roots clad in purple
A beautiful rose
Taken by two / filled with poison
A bright laugh
A loud splash
One wet
The other dry
Jumping head first
Into a pool of rose thorns
Killing them softly
Making them feel alive
Nobody knew
Like everyone knew
It was no secret
The purple teddy bear shared by two
Flowers filling the pool house
Mayday it would be
Overflowing
Bursting free
One pulls the other close
Two girls drowning
Captured in a sensation
Swirling like a butterflies swarm
A beautiful rose
Steadily growing
Deep in their hearts
Connected together
Two girls
Purple teddy bears
Decorated graves
Lying bare
I think the ending is a bit rushed but eh, it happens. Do you have a love that didn't work out?
