It had been two days since the massacre in the village. Everyone made sure to keep both Octavia and Athena away from Finn, not knowing what they would do if they were to see him.

Though it seemed like just Serafina and James knew that neither Athena nor Octavia were going to hurt him. They knew the grounders would want justice their own way so they were going to be patient and let fate take its course.

Athena was currently sitting with Clarke and Bellamy going over their best way into the mountain. Bellamy and Athena sat next to each other drinking some moonshine with Clarke barely touching her drink.

"Tell me again." Bellamy said looking down at the map Clarke had drawn along with the map James grabbed when he and Athena escaped.
But the blonde couldn't help but think about how she and James escaped.

It seemed easy.

Too easy.

After what Clarke shared about the events of when she escaped with Serafina and Anya, the blonde couldn't help but think.
What if they wanted her and James to escape?

'It was too simple.' Athena thought.

Athena was then brought back from her thoughts when Clarke went over the map again.
"It's a labyrinth. We got to the dam through this tunnel." Clarke gestured to the path she marked. "It's all connected to the mine system, that's our way in."

Bellamy nodded, "Are you sure we can get past the Reapers and the Mountain Men?" Clarke looked unsure, as Bellamy continued, "I swear to god if your mom doesn't sanction the mission soon I'm going by myself."

"You won't be by yourself." both of the blondes muttered. Bellamy and Athena looked behind Clarke and saw Finn approaching the trio from the doors of the Ark.

"Guess the inquisitions over." Athena spoke.

"How's Finn doing anyway?" Bellamy asked.

"I haven't talked to him since we got back. I-i don't know what to say, he just kept shooting."

Bellamy tried to comfort the older blonde,"We're at war, Clarke, we've all done things." Athena turned to the oldest Blake.

"Yeah but none of us have massacred grounders that didn't give us any reason to. I need to go check on Jax and Rue." Athena stood up slightly angry, making sure to bump Finn's shoulder on her way into the Ark.

The blonde walked towards the home part of the station towards her given room. "Hey" Athena said as she walked into the room.

"Hey! Jax just woke up from his nap. Rue is in the other room drawing." James says from the couch where he had jax crawling around the carpet in front of him.

"Hey baby, Rue! I'm back." Athena called out as she picked up her son. Rue soon came into the room with a smile and a piece of paper in her hand as she hugged the blonde, who hugged back.

"Hey Athy. I have a question."

"And I possibly have an answer." Athena responded as she put Jax down to keep playing with his handmade toys that Raven and Wick had made.
