A year later
"We are pregnant.." she said the morning of their college graduation
He kissed her. "Our rainbow baby." He said as he placed his hand on her stomach.
"Our rainbow." She said
They graduated from Boston College, and had a grad party with their family and friends. Two weeks after their graduation they went to their first doctor's appointment.
"Okay Mrs Barnes, there is nothing wrong. Besides this being your second pregnancy you are showing early because you are carrying twins." Dr Smith said
"Two babies?" She said
"Yes see look." Dr Smith said
Both her and Bucky looked up at the screen and saw their twins. "Rainbow babies." Bucky said
"Ditto." Ellie said

Seven months later, while they were studying for medical school exams. Ellie Mae went into labor. Bucky rushed her to the hospital, she got a epidural. Katie James and Sienna all rushed in.
Katie was by her side, as Ellie Mae welcomed their twin boys with Bucky by her side as well.
They named their twins "Thomas James, and Oliver James Barnes" in honor of Ellie's dad.
