The Next Chapter

*NXT*

The American Heroes are scheduled to have a match against Legado Del Fantasma tonight. LDF is already in the ring and then The American Heroes music hits and Alex comes out alone holding both Tag Titles. As he's walking down the ramp my music hits and I make my way down. Right as the bell is about ring William Regal's music hits.

Regal: Wait just a moment. This is the 2nd week in a row that James Hero has not shown up. Alex you're in a team with James and not Travis. Now unless James shows up here by the count of 10, I'll have no choice but to strip you of the championships.

Regal went on to finish the 10 count and James never showed up.

Regal: I'm a man of my word. The American Heroes are no longer NXT Tag Team Champions. However, the scheduled match with Legado Del Fantasma will still take place.

The ref rings the bell and the match is underway. We made quick work out of Legado Del Fantasma. After the match was over we went to the back and changed into our street clothes. When the show was over and the arena was empty we walked out to the ringside area.

Travis: We weren't here long but it was fun.

Alex: I still can't believe we made it here.

Travis: Well, we did bro. Now it's onto either Raw or Smack Down.

*Friday night*

Adam Pearce makes his way out to the stage

Adam: The final round of the first night of the WWE Draft is underway. With their first pick Raw selects RKBro. Smack Down selects: Naomi. With the final pick of night one Raw selects from NXT The American Heroes.

I was watching the draft from home and my phone started to ring it was Thea calling me.

Travis: Hey baby.

Zelina: Welcome to Raw.

Travis: I already knew I was going there when you got drafted.

Zelina: How?

Travis: Vince talked to Alex and I last week about getting the call up. I asked him if I could be drafted with you.

Zelina: Why didn't you tell me?

Travis: Had to keep it a secret, I didn't want to get on the bad side of the boss.

Zelina: Well I can't wait to travel the world with you.

*A few days later*

Thea was still on the road and I wasn't scheduled to be on the road until the live event next weekend. I took Skylar out for a daddy daughter date. We went to the movies and then we went to the mall. We stopped in the food court to grab some lunch and we started to talk a little bit.

Skylar: When is mommy coming home?

Travis: She'll be back in 2 weeks.

Skylar: That's going to take forever, I miss her.

Travis: She misses you too sweetie.

Skylar: I can't wait to spend time with you and mommy again.

Travis: You really love Thea don't you?

Skylar: I really do. She's the best.

Travis: How would you feel if she really became your mommy?

Skylar: She is my mommy. She told me she would be.

Travis: I know, I mean how would you feel if we got married?

Skylar: Does that mean I'd get a brother or sister?

Travis: There's a possibility that could happy.

Skylar: Yay I like the sound of that.

Travis: Want to help me pick out a ring?

Skylar: You got it dude.

After we ate our lunch Skylar and I went to look for an engagement ring for Thea. After going to multiple stores, we finally found the perfect ring.

Travis: Do you think she'll love it?

Skylar: Oh yeah.

Travis: You have to keep this our little secret. She can't find out about this okay?

Skylar: Got it.

Travis: This is top secret, if she finds out I'll never tell you another secret.

Skylar: My lips are sealed.

She motioned to zip up her lips and throw away the key.

After we left the mall we went home to get Shadow and took him out to the dog park.
