"I hope to see you around more, Colby." My mom smiled when we walked out of the house.

The two of us both turn around to look at her. "Oh you will. Thank you again for the food. Gordon Ramsey would be proud." He joked.

It was sweet seeing the two get along. "Be safe and have fun on your trip." She waved one more time and walked back inside with Nolan.

"I'm sorry if she was a little too much." I apologize to him. He shook his head while helping me take my bags out of my car so we can put them in his.

"Don't worry about it. I actually enjoyed this." I could tell he was being truthful.

We put the bags in his car and climb inside. As he starts driving, that's when I think of something.

"How do you do it? Live so far away from everyone?" I ask curiously.

Hopefully, he doesn't take offense to it. I look at his face to see that he didn't which was good.

"It has it's moments, some better than others." I could tell he was hinting at some things.

He inhaled a deep breath. "It's for sure hard being away at times, but I know I have their support."

I don't know how he does it. Having my brother and mom there for me when my dad left, made us a lot stronger.

I can't even imagine living away from them. He wets his lips while looking over at me.

"Do you want to get milkshakes?" He asked randomly. I look at the time to see it was ten pm.

I looked at him like he was crazy. "You do know we have a seven am flight tomorrow right?" I question with a hint of laughter.

"So? We can sleep on the flight." He does have a point. A milkshake does sound good honestly.

"You need to stop talking me into things, Brock." He smiled when he realised I agreed to getting a milkshake.

He drives us to a shake shack so we can drink them. When we pulled into the drive through, we both ordered vanilla.

They told us to pull up while we waited on them. I looked around to see different stuff laying around.

"You need to clean your car." I half joke with him. He flips me off while running his fingers through his hair.

"You can shut up." He laughed towards me. When we get milkshakes, he drives us back to his house.

As he drove, I was looking up at the lights of Los Angeles. As I looked at the city, I couldn't help but think of something.

"Colby." He glances at me while turning into his neighborhood. "Ashton." He repeated.

"Where am I sleeping tonight?" I asked curiously. He thought about it for a second.

"I have a couch in my room if you want to sleep on it." I could see a small smirk fall on his lips when he pulled to his house.

He turned his head so he could look at me better. "There's a spot open on my bed though." He smirked towards me.

I roll my eyes while unbuckling my seatbelt. "You're a fucking douche." I laugh towards him.

We leave the bags in his trunk and we're going to deal with it tomorrow.

We walk in the house to hear it's silent. They might already be in bed.

I followed him up in his room and he closes the door. I went and sat on his bed so I can finish the milkshake.

He sits down next to me. "Did you think about your offer?" He asked talking about his bed.

"Yeah, this couch is pretty comfortable." I joke with him. He rolls his eyes towards me.

"You play too damn much." He laughs towards me.

I've honestly had a good night with Colby. While we sat there and drank our milkshakes, we talked.

It's so easy talking to him. We were up til about three in the morning talking to each other.

We had to be up an hour later so we didn't get much sleep. When I got up at four, I felt drained.

I needed a monster to wake myself up. I know Colby had some so I got off the couch.

I groggily go downstairs so I can get a monster. Sam, Kat, and Stas were in the kitchen talking.

"Colby still asleep?" Sam asked as I opened their fridge. I saw a monster in the fridge so I grabbed it.

I turn to them while cracking it open. "Yeah, the both of us were up late last night." I answer them.

Kat had her eyebrow raised towards me. I just give her a look. "Why are you looking at me like that?" I ask curious.

"Oh nothing." She brushed it off. I just look at her strangly while drinking my monster to wake myself up.

"I'm gonna go wake him up." I wanted to go upstairs before it got even more awkward.

Colby was still peacefully sleeping when I walked into his room. I go over to him and start shaking him awake.

"Colby." I whisper. I thought Zander was a hard sleeper. After a minute or two, I finally saw him stirring awake.

When he opened his eyes, he started looking around. His eyes met mine causing him to smile a little bit.

"Five more minutes?" He asked hopeful. I scrunch my nose while looking over at him.

"Get up or we're leaving you here." He groaned while sitting up.

I told him how everyone was already up and in the kitchen so he nodded his head.

He told me he would be downstairs in like ten minutes so I went back downstairs.

"I just heard from Amanda, she said she was going to meet us at the airport." Sam said when I went downstairs.

I was nervous to meet her. We talk in the kitchen for the next ten minutes while we wait for Colby.

Once he finally gets downstairs, we order an Uber. I get my bags out of Colby's car while we wait for the Uber.

When it gets here, We all pile into the car. It was an SUV so Stas and I sat in the very back.

"You look exhausted." She pointed out to me. I had my eyes closed while I lay my head on the window. I opened them to look at her.

"I am. I think I'm going to sleep on the plane." I'm honestly too tired to be nervous about the flight.

Colby was sitting in the seat in front of Stas so he turned to look at me when I said that.

The drive to the airport felt like it took forever. We thanked our Uber driver and pile out of the car when we get there.

We go through security and head towards the place where we're supposed to board. Sam said Amanda was here so he was scanning around for her.

Sam found her so we all followed him to her. She seemed super sweet. We all introduced ourselves to her while we sit down.

Sam, Kat, and Stas were a little more chirpy than Colby and myself so they did most of the talking.

I had my head resting on Colby's shoulder while he rested his on my head.

When they called our plane, we all boarded it together. I shared a row with Colby and Stas while Sam, Kat, and Amanda shared a row.

Stas and Colby let me have the window seat so when I put my carry on above me, I went to the window seat.

Colby sat in the middle while Stas had an aisle seat. When the plan took off, I couldn't help but watch out the window.

It was honestly a really cool experience. Once we were up in the air, I rested my head on Colby's shoulder again.

"I hope this is okay." I tell Colby. I closed my eyes so I couldn't tell if he was smiling or not.

"Of course it is." He rasped towards me. I smiled to myself as I started to get comfortable.

I slowly fell asleep not long after that.
