The waves were rowdy and the boat swayed so hard, tossing Lisa and Jungkook out of the boat and into the open sea.

Lisa let Jungkook held her tightly as she encircled her arms around his neck and tried her best to lighten her weight for him. She did not mind the saltiness of seawater that she had to take in every now and then, whenever the waves would crash over them.

Jungkook managed to grab hold of the rail at the stern of the boat, which had now been turned upside down, for support when the waves slowed down. They stayed like that overnight as they followed wherever the waves and the winds would lead them.

"Hang in there with me, we will survive this together," Jungkook mumbled in Lisa's ear that made her chuckle. "Can't you feel how tightly I'm hanging onto you right now?" Lisa joked as she clung onto Jungkook's neck even tighter.

They were now in open water, holding onto the capsized boat, and the wind was cold. But Lisa was feeling pleasantly warm in the embrace of her husband. She soon dozed off.

She woke up, still in Jungkook's embrace when the sun was already up, shining brightly in the sky.

"Jungkook…" she murmured to Jungkook as she looked around the open sea. She was tied tightly to him. But it was a frustrating sight. Wherever she would look, all she could see was water. Water everywhere.

Jungkook murmured back, "The sea is calm now." Then he untied Lisa from him and helped her up to be on top of the capsized boat. Lisa should not be in the water any longer to help her preserve energy and to slow down hypothermia.

"Do you see anything?" asked Jungkook and Lisa shook her head. Her stomach was starting to grumble. Jungkook cursed inwardly, they survived the rough weather but how would they survive the hunger? He only hoped there would be an island nearby where they could shelter themselves while they waited for the search and rescue team.

They stayed there for a few more hours while Jungkook swam to push the boat forward and Lisa looked around, hoping to see something else, aside from the vast water.

"Do you think there are sharks here?" Lisa mumbled trying to ignore the hunger she was feeling.

Jungkook grinned and replied, "If it was like in the movies, the sharks would be scared of us instead because you will be the one to attack and eat them alive."

Lisa laughed heartily. Not because she found Jungkook's words so funny, but because she knew her husband was trying his best to crack a joke to lessen her worry. So she giggled and replied playfully, "At this rate, what about I attack you instead, my General? Because you look so yummy like a beefsteak to me, right now."

Jungkook smiled, feeling happy to see his wife's cheerful disposition. 'She's still in good spirits, thank God,' he thought to himself as he continued to swim and push the boat forward.

Lisa continued to look around but could not help to release a sigh. 'Crap, It's all water…' she mused helplessly.

But finally, she saw something. Lisa jolted up as she blinked several times to make sure that she was seeing the silhouette correctly.

"I think I saw an island… there..." Lisa murmured as she pointed the direction to Jungkook. Jungkook saw it too and his face lit up. He suddenly felt fully charged to swim to the island.

"We need this boat," Jungkook murmured so Lisa went down into the water to help him push it to the island. "This feels like a swimming marathon, my General… I'm so glad I trained well for this. Let's go and find something to eat soon!" Lisa cheered happily.

Jungkook looked at the island from the distance. There were no boats so there was a possibility that it was an uninhabited island.
