The Spy Part 2

Maddie and Steve immediately pulled away from each other to join Dustin at the window of the bus. "You see him?", Dustin questioned. "No", Steve answered quickly. "Lucas, what's going on?", Dustin shouted through the hole in the roof. "Hold on!", Lucas replied. "I've got eyes! Ten o'clock! Ten o'clock!", Lucas shouted to the lower level of the bus. "There", Maddie points to the other side of the junkyard. 

"What's he doing?", Dustin asked causing Steve to answer with an, "I don't know". "He's not taking the bait. Why isn't he taking the bait?", Steve questioned Dustin. "Maybe he's not hungry?", Dustin replied questionably. "Maybe he is sick of cow", Steve stated causing Maddie to jump to her feet and go towards the door of the bus followed by Steve. "Maddie? Steve? What are you doing?", Dustin asked nervously. "Just get ready", Steve said before tossing Dustin the lighter. 

Maddie slowly opened the door to the bus before stepping out with Steve walking behind her. "Come on, buddy", Steve whistled. "Come on. Dinner time", Steve added. "I bet we taste better than cow", Maddie said in a jokingly tone. Once the two teens make eye contact with Dart , Maddie cocks her gun ready to shoot. "Maddie, Steve watch out!", Lucas shouted from the roof. "A little busy here!", Steve yelled back. "Three o'clock! Three o'clock!", Lucas screamed.

Steve and Maddie turned to look towards their right seeing another Demogorgon approaching. "Maddie! Steve! Abort! Abort!", Dustin shouted from the opening of the bus. All of the Demogorgons surround Steve and Maddie before jumping to attack them. Maddie and Steve both roll out of the way in separate directions. Steve hits one with his bat while Maddie shoots at another. "Steve, Maddie run!", all three kids yelled from the bus. 

Steve ran back to the bus with three Demogorgons hot on his trail. He quickly got into the bus while Maddie screams, "Close the door! I'll be okay just close the door!". The door of the bus closes and Maddie runs behind the bus while the Demogorgons are distracted. She heard a large growl come from the side of the bus causing her to hold her breath while cocking her gun. Just as she turned the corner to shoot at the Demogorgon, she felt a sharp pain go shooting through her leg causing her to turn the other way. 

Maddie looked down seeing a Demogorgon digging into her leg causing Maddie to bite down on her lip to hold her scream in. Maddie quickly shot the Demogorgon, stunning it for a moment before limping towards the front of the bus. She felt the Demogorgons right behind her as she shot at them, until they stopped following her. 

Maddie finally made it to the opening of the bus while the Demogorgons looked into another direction. Steve quickly opened the door before pulling Maddie inside causing her to grunt in pain. Steve quickly got to work helping Maddie as she took her jacket off. "That looks bad", Dustin said. "No shit", Lucas answered. "It's really deep", Max said nervously. 

"I'll be fine", Maddie answered. "You better be. That was really stupid", Steve stated as he tied the jacket around her leg tightly causing her to cry out. "Sorry", Steve said quietly. Once the make-shift bandage was on, Maddie sat down on one of the seats on the bus.  

"What happened?", Max asked after looking at Maddie worriedly. "I don't know", Lucas answered. "Steve and Maddie scared them off?", Dustin suggested. "No", Steve answered. "They're going somewhere", Steve added causing Maddie's face to go pale. "The lab", she grunted out in pain. "They are going to the lab", Maddie added. 

A/N: I'm sorry this chapter was so short! I'm definitely going to write one more chapter tonight. Also I'm just letting you know that I am skipping "The Lost Sister" episode because it is only about Eleven. Please feel free to comment, I would love to hear your opinions.
