After a very silent ride, the group finally arrived at the Creel house. Everyone stepped out of the car while Maddie put her headphones on. "Well that's not creepy at all", Steve stated before Maddie turned her music on.

Nancy and Steve quickly got to work on taking the nails off of the wooden block placed in front of the door.

Max pulled her headphones off before making eye contact with Maddie. Maddie gave the girl a disapproving look before turning her music off as well.

"What exactly are we supposed to be looking for in this shithole?", Steve asked. "We're not sure. We just know that this house is important to Vecna", Nancy answered simply.

"Because Max and Addie saw it in Vecna's red soup mind world?", Steve questioned the teen. "Basically", Nancy replied. "Great", Steve said sarcastically causing Maddie to roll her eyes.

"Maybe it holds a clue to where Vecna is. Why he's back. Why he killed the Creels. And how to stop him before he comes back for Addie or Max", Dustin stated.

"We don't think he's in here, do we?", Lucas asked hesitantly. "Guess we'll find out", Max said.

"I really hope not, I don't think he likes me very much", Maddie stated with a small smile causing Steve and Nancy to roll their eyes at her attempted joke.

"Ready?", Steve questioned. "Mm-hmm", Nancy responded before both teens let the wooden block fall.

"It's locked", Steve said simply while trying to open the door. "Should I knock, see if anybody's home?", Steve asked causing Maddie to chuckle lightly.

"No need, I found a key", Robin stated while holding up a brick. Robin threw the brick through the stained glass window causing it to shatter.

Steve then reached his arm in through the newly made hole and unlocked the door. The rest of the group turned on their flashlights before walking into the house. Maddie hesitated for a moment before walking in.

Lucas tried to turn on a lamp only to find that the electricity does not work anymore. "Looks like someone forgot to pay their electric bill", Lucas said.

"Where'd everyone get those?", Steve questioned confused looking at everyone holding their own flashlights. "Do you need to be told everything?", Dustin asked Steve causing Maddie to smile lightly.

"You're not a child", Dustin added. "Thank you", Steve replied. "Back pocket", Dustin stated while handing Steve his backpack.

"They just left everything", Nancy said confused by the situation. "I guess a triple homicide isn't good for resale value", Robin stated while looking around.

"Hey guys. You all see that, right?", Max questioned the group while looking at the same grandfather clock that was in the two girls' first visions.

"Yeah", Steve and Dustin answered at the same time. "Is this what you guys saw? In your visions?", Nancy asked the two teens.

Max nodded while Maddie mumbled out a small, "Yeah". "I mean, it's... just a clock. Right?", Robin questioned while moving forward to wipe the dust off.

"Like a normal old clock", Robin said simply. "Why is this wizard obsessed with clocks? Maybe he's, like, a clockmaker or something?", Steve voiced his theory.

"I think you cracked the case, Steve", Dustin told the teen who gave him a look in response. "All I know is the answers are here. Somewhere. Okay, everyone stay in groups of at least two. Robin, upstairs", Nancy explained while walking up the stairs.
