「 Chapter 28」

You were on your way to your apartment when you suddenly closed your eyes shut, heaved out a sigh and looked back

"Why are you following me?", You asked to the guy walking behind you, not making any eye contact with him

"But why nott Y/nie, Nobody's at home anyways, also you're not well so I have to take care of you", replied Taehyung with his lips pressed into a thin shy smile, not being able to forget what happened before..

"Do I look five? I don't need you to pity me", you snapped at him and turned around to continue walking.

While he too resumed following you, "Wha- I don't pity you or something alright? You're my girl, ofcourse I need to take care of you"

You glanced at him with annoyed expressions but then turned your head to other side, because the smile you were holding in was threating to form on your lips

You scrunched your nose trying to prevent it...when you remembered what happened in school today...

His heart clenched when he felt you clenching his shirt in your fist and heard you cry out, "I-i... can't..t-too much"

Placing one of his palm on your forehead, he felt it burning like hell.

Oh god, you didn't have your scissors, shower or bottle of soju here...
That's what always helped you getting out of situation like this..

It was hard for Taehyung to think of anything too cause he didn't even know what actually was wrong with you.

So after panicking and blinking his eyes harshly..

He cupped your cheek with his left hand while the other snaked around your waist.. pulling you closer to him

"Y/n, open your eyes.. please?", He whispered softly yet worriedly and you did so, only to groan again as you wriggled in pain, reaching your hand out to grab your head.

"Alright, take a deep breath, okay? And then slowly breath out, with me", he said as you did what he asked you to.

He made you do that twice more but that only calmed your rapid breathings not the pain..

Holding your hands in his, he squeezed them in a reassuring manner, getting sad by looking at your now red teary eyes..

"Oh wait..shit! Let's go the medical room, quick", he said but you immediately shook your head

"N-no..not there", you protested

"What? But Y/n-", he said but sighed and stopped in between, engulfing you into a tight warm hug.

He placed a soft kiss on the side of your head, while your trembling hands made their way to hug him back, and more tears rolled down your cheeks because of the pain.

"Y/n, please tell me..what can I do? Where is it hurting exactly?", He asked with his eyebrows furrowed in worry.

"I-i don't know.... I-i need to go t-the washroom", your lower lip trembled as you spoke, not even being able to open your eyes.

While Taehyung wiped your tears away with his thumb and nodded before picking you up in his arms making you yelp at the sudden move.

"Wha-!?!? I can walk-", you whisper yelled at him and he shushed you saying,"We'll reach faster this way"

Taking your handkerchief out, you turned the tap on and drenched it in water, while Taehyung stood behind you, incase you needed any help.

You wrapped the wet handkerchief around your head with your trembling hands, as tightly as you could in order to decrease the pain by stopping the flow of blood in that area..or whatever..

And Taehyung stepped forward to help you tie the knot properly.

He held your hand and interwining your fingers together.
You blinked slowly, trying to get a clear view.

You could've fainted, just now

Your other free hand reached out to hold the sink for support as you couldn't even walk properly. While you heard Taehyung heave out a sigh

"I can walk huh", he mimicked your voice trying to light up the mood while you sniffled and looked at him coldly muttering, "Shut up"

You both were about to walk out, when suddenly Taehyung's eyes fell on his phone which he kept near the sink before, he stepped ahead to grab it, but....slipped in between, ready to fall down because of the slippery floor.

"Yah-", you almost shouted while processing what happened but stopped and your eyes went wide when you felt his lips being pressed on the corner of your mouth.

That was so quick, just for a few seconds, cause it was accidental

You let go of his arm which you were holding to prevent him from falling, while he immediately moved back too, choking and coughing out.

You blinked rapidly, and tried walking out past him in hurry only to bump into him as both let out an, "Ow", together rubbing the part of your shoulders where you go hurt.

He stepped aside, letting you go out first, and you cleared your throat making your way outside.

Your head was still throbbing but it was somewhat better now..

You suddenly stopped in between and spoke,"I don't...feel like going home"

"Huh? But you need rest..", added Taehyung but you just kept staring in front.

Knowingly or unknowingly the memories of your ex boyfriend, and him cheating on you were giving you a hard time.

No matter how much you try not to think about it, somewhere deep down, you still remember each and every moment..

Which made you feel so uneasy that you didn't even feel like going home.

Can't blame you tho.

You'd just get surrounded by four walls, full of silence where you'll just cry your eyes out for hours and hours...

Pathetic.

So it's better to stay outside

"I know a place, wanna go there?"
