This is the first book I ever wrote. I tell you this as both a warning and with hope that you will be patient and stick with the story, I don't think you will be sorry.
It all began with an idea - What if my town was a story with a big secret? What would it tell?
I am going to add notes as I post this to give you some insights into the real Mayberry (my hometown Mount Airy, NC) and my thought processes as I wrote. I hope you enjoy.
