No PoV
Castiel wanted to see how it would be to go without powers for a week. He still had his powers but he had sworn himself to not use them for a week. It was day two now and he was already struggling!
Castiel PoV
"HOW DO YOU GUYS MANAGE TO GET ANYTHING DONE?" I whined. I wasn't used to going without powers so day two was already a whole struggle. Today Dean would take me to get groceries befor we hit the road again. We got dressed and now we are sitting in the Impala. "Cas, I love you, but for the love of your father please calm down!" I sniff. "Didn't have to be rude." I mutter. Dean sighs. "Babe, you wanted to do this. If you don't want to continue it no one would blame you! It's ok." I look out the window. Atleast the trees are nice. Dean puts his hand on my leg in a comforting way. I put my hand over his and smile a bit. "Dean?" I say quietly. "Yes Castiel?" Dean answers. "Can we buy chocolate?" I ask. Dean sighs but now it sounds alot more relaxed. "Of course we can babe."
In the end I get my chocolate and Dean gets a pie. We also got Sam some apples! He was not as amused about the joke as we were. But he laughed with us in the end when Dean handed him some ice cream.
(I apologise that the chapter is so short. I just had this idea and I decided to write it out. Hope you enjoyed it anyways! Also here, have some Castiel and Dean fanart!)
