Prologue

The passionate new romance from E L James, author of the phenomenal #1 bestselling Fifty Shades Trilogy

London, 2019. Life has been easy for Maxim Trevelyan. With his good looks, aristocratic connections, and money, he’s never had to work and he’s rarely slept alone. But all that changes when tragedy strikes and Maxim inherits his family’s noble title, wealth, and estates, and all the responsibility that entails. It’s a role he’s not prepared for and one that he struggles to face.

But his biggest challenge is fighting his desire for an unexpected, enigmatic young woman who’s recently arrived in England, possessing little more than a dangerous and troublesome past.  Reticent, beautiful, and musically gifted, she’s an alluring mystery, and Maxim’s longing for her deepens into a passion that he’s never experienced and dares not name. Just who is Alessia Demachi? Can Maxim protect her from the malevolence that threatens her? And what will she do when she learns that he’s been hiding secrets of his own?

From the heart of London through wild, rural Cornwall to the bleak, forbidding beauty of the Balkans, The Mister is a roller-coaster ride of danger and desire that leaves the reader breathless to the very last page.

Review

Okay first of all if anyone says fifty shades author's book?  I will sue you (not seriously).

I don't understand why people hate fifty shades when the author has put your most desired scenes which are love+love making+ family+ travel. Everything. And when you read another rom-com you want desperately that atleast one sex scene was there. And many people who says fifty shades are trash because of multiple sex, they themselves read dark romance of God knows what level

So yes, I'm defending E.L James her characters are mainly about weak poor girl but the main story 80%revolves around the girl only and how character development occurs.

So if this sounds typical boring, which it's nots then don't read Mister.

But Mister book is really really amazing.

I read it long time ago and had not started this book that time so I am writing now.

The scenes may e typical but somewhere all of us still crave for that slightly typical plots even if it's same, same feelings but the shivers are amazing.

The beauty of Ireland was like an ornament to the book and I really want to go to Ireland 🥲, after reading this and the book Unfixable. Even if it rains anytime there.

Alessia is a really powerful character and this book is all about how she makes herself independent and Maxim love for her grows her into a more strong woman. Since everyone needs one person to make them realise who they are (for heaven's sake don't fling your feminist flag in comment section)

This book is beautiful and now second'l book to the series has dropped.

This much time I took to write this review and I read book like previous year

Try it!
