Chapter 19

Jungwon's POV

"It is not that hard to understand, Sunoo," I heard Riki say to Sunoo. Riki is beside me and Sunoo put a chair in front of Riki. Sunoo asks him about topics that he finds difficult to understand.  They both got close to each other now. I always saw them together. Somehow, I felt a little jealous because Riki barely talks to me. I know that he wants to avoid me so Jay won't misunderstand but I don't think he has to go this far.

Sunoo pouted his lip. "I'm not smart like you," He said sounding like a child. "And it's not my fault that our professor is so boring."

Riki grinned and pinched Sunoo's cheek. "Stop pouting."

I sighed and took out my earphones to listen to some music. I crossed my arm around my chest and close my eyes. I feel so drained lately. I don't know why.

I was half asleep when I felt a hand on my forehead. I opened my eyes to see Riki looking so worried. His other hand is also on his forehead. I think he's checking my temperature. "What are you doing?" I ask even though it's pretty obvious.

"You're heating up!" He exclaimed. "Let's go. I'll bring you to the clinic." He was about to hold my arm when I shook my head. "I'm fine, Riks. Don't worry about me," I said sounding helpless.

"No. You're not. Stop pretending," He said between his greeted teeth. He's mad.

"I'm not. I'm really fine, Riki," I smiled at him assuring him that I am okay.

"Tsk!" Riki took out his phone and called someone. "Hello, Jay?" My eyes widened in surprise when I heard Jay's name. "Riki! He is busy!" I yelp. Riki put his index finger on my lip to shut me up. "Can you fetch your boyfriend? He is sick."

I saw how Riki's brows formed into a straight line. He looks mad. He gazes at me and then left without saying anything.

What happened? Why does he look so mad?
