While at work, Derrick was in the restroom uploading some of the pictures he took before he started his shift at that day. As he was sitting in the stall, he looked down and noticed some nice shoes were in the stall next to him. It was clear that this wasn't someone that worked in the warehouse. The owner of the warehouse was on site inspecting things. Derrick finished posting the pictures and wrote this caption.
"at work posting these, think my boss in the stall next to me"

As the inspection continued, Derrick remembered that the owner had been doing "inspections" of the warehouse a lot recently. Derrick also noticed that Jharrell was part of the group that was walking with the owner a few of the last times. Derrick assumed that his boy was moving up in the world.
