  Kayden's POV

“This will be your last project after your wedding.”my management calling me again for the nth time.

“ I know , I packed my things already okay. You don't have to worry anymore.” I said impatiently and ended the call.

Still no progress about my investigation and I'm frustrated.

Siguro kailangan ko ang bakasyon na'to para kalimutan mo na siya.

We will have our last project — a commercial related to environment on a selected province.

Wait , I thought we're going there for vacation?

Why are you still attached to that conniving woman , who just left you after she benefited to your sucess?

I just shake my head and leave that thoughts out.

I was about to take a nap when someone entered the veranda.

Hindi pa nga nakakalapit ay nauna na agad ang bibig na makarating,  kesa sa kaniyang  paa.

“ Marami kang gagawing volunteer work dun anak , I'm relieved you're resting. ”

“Barely resting.” I said in a tiny voice as I closed my eyes and put down my sunglasses because the sun was hitting me.

“ I can finally see that you're happy. Pagbalik niyo ni Fioree dito .Wala na kayong aasikasuhin , ako na ang bahala sa lahat.” my mom said it like it was one of her greatest moment in life.

“Hindi ka ba busy sa husband mo?”  I  said casually na parang normal lang na bagay iyon.

“Ahh ehh , hiniwalayan ko na—

I stand up sick of her stories again— papalit palit ng asawa , akala mo'y dalaga pa. I wonder kung minahal niya ba talaga si papa.

“ I'm going to bed, I'm tired at maaga pa ang biyahe namin bukas.”

“Yes yes pls, enjoy your stay din. Kahit di mo na kayo bumalik mag asawa.”

“No, babalik agad ako , I want to find her as soon as possible.” I said to myself in whisper.

But that's what I thought ,  'coz the opposite happened.

I FOUND her

in an unexpected place and unexpected time.

But she wasn't LOST at all.

He  was with a man laughing like everything to her is perfectly fine.

While I'm the only one suffering from the agony of the remnants on our past .
