THE CULLENS HAD OPENED THEIR HOME TO a total of twenty-five vampires, and I was one of them. It was a rare privilege to be welcomed into their abode, and I felt grateful for the opportunity. As I stood outside with Ethan and the Amazon Coven, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the sight before me.

Zafrina, with her piercing red eyes, stared at us without blinking. Her gaze was intense, and I wondered if her power only worked on those with a weak mind. Ethan, on the other hand, seemed unfazed by her stare and looked around with a smile on his face.

I placed my hand on his shoulder, and he turned to look at me with his golden eyes. "If you weren't touching my shoulder right now, I could swear this was real," he said to me.

I was confused by his statement, but before I could ask him what he meant, Zafrina spoke up. "So can't the mother?" she asked, a small smile playing on her lips.

I was taken aback by her question and didn't understand what she meant. "What?" I asked, hoping for some clarification.

"Bella. She cannot see my visuals too," Zafrina explained, her eyes still fixed on us.

Suddenly, a memory came flooding back to me.

As I gazed across the forest, my eyes fell upon Bella, her expression a blank canvas as she stared at the Amazon sisters. Without hesitation, I made my way over to her, standing by her side in solidarity.

"Are you alright, Bella?" I inquired, my eyes scanning her face for any signs of distress.

"I'm just..." Bella trailed off, her voice barely above a whisper. "I'm a shield."

My eyebrows shot up in surprise. "What? Who told you that?"

"Eleazar," she replied, her eyes downcast. "Why didn't you tell me about your other powers?"

I let out a deep sigh, my mind racing with thoughts of how to explain it to her. "I didn't know how you would react. And to be honest, I was still trying to come to terms with it myself."

"I'm more shocked about my shield. It explain how Edward can't read my thoughts. How the Volturi's powers are immune from it."

Am I now a shield as well? I exclaimed in my thought.

It seemed like every day brought a new power to my arsenal. First, the gift of invisibility, then the ability to project a powerful aura, followed by the mastery of a flaming, glowing purple flame. And now, telekinesis and shielding? It was almost too much to comprehend.

As I pondered my newfound abilities, a memory suddenly resurfaced. I couldn't help but wonder if it was related to Rhona's inability to see it when the tables were turned.

The sound of Eleazar's voice was like a gentle breeze on a hot summer day, pulling me back from the depths of my thoughts. My eyes fluttered open, and I found myself staring into his warm, caramel-coloured eyes. It took me a moment to realise where I was, and even longer to remember what we had been discussing before I had drifted off.

"Ethan, do you know that Gabriel has a maxima in your coven," he said, his voice like a lullaby. " Who happens to be Violet?"

I shook my head, trying to clear the fog that had settled in my mind. "What does that mean?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.

"It means you have multiple talents," Ethan explained, his voice soothing and calm. "It's why Rhona couldn't see your memories when you moved that table. It's why you could do all those things."

I felt my eyes widen in surprise. I had always known that I was different, that I had abilities that others didn't possess. But to hear that there was a name for it, that it was something that others had experienced before, was both comforting and unsettling.
