Hayes' POV
________
Nash came walking down the stairs accompanied by Cameron and Matt. I was sitting on the ledge on my phone. I had changed into black basketball shorts and a Florida Gators t-shirt.

"Hey Hayes. Why'd you change?" Cam asked sitting next to me.

"The other outfit I was wearing was drenched in lake water."

"I've been meaning to ask you Hayes, how did you end up so wet?"

"Angele."

"Ah." Matt nodded.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I questioned my phone forgotten.

"She doesn't seem like the kind of girl to take crap from anyone. You probably pushed her buttons and she pushed you in the lake." Matt shrugged and pulled up a camp chair.

"You got it spot on."

"Lucky guess." He grinned.

"What did you do?" Nash asked his eyes lighting up like a child about to receive a bed time story.

"I took a notebook and started reading it."

"Did you read her diary?" Cameron shouted.

"Not her diary. Her novel she's writing."

"So when do we get to meet the mysterious Angele?" Nash asked.

"She's taking a nap. You can meet her when she wakes up."

"I think you made her up." Cameron said.

"She's real!" Matt came to my rescue.

"Yep, sure she is." Nash said sarcastically.

"She is and she has a massive attitude." Matt said and I grinned.

"C'mon you guys." Cameron stood.

"What?" Nash complained.

"We're gonna be late." Cameron walked over to the steps.

"Go get Angele, Hayes." Nash said.

"No. She's sleeping. I'm taking notes for her."

"See, fake." Cameron said smiling.

I rolled my eyes and steppe up the stairs and onto the dirt road
