Ok, so I honestly did not know that the Time-Time fruit already existed- which was eaten by Oden's wife and all, but for the sake of this story, and for the whole Wano season, let's just say that they're 'different', and she still has the fruits powers.
Since hers she could only send people and herself to the future, not the past.
