Red Son and Nuo walked through the castle talking about inventions. When Nuo noticed a new picture was hanging in the hall she stopped in her tracks,
"Red Son," Nuo called. Red Son looked back now a few feet in front of her,
"What's wrong?" He asked, she pointed,
"Do you..remember that picture at all?" she asked. Red Son tilted his head and stepped closer,
"no..I don't.." Nuo stepped closer as well to get a better look.

The picture was of the two on the balcony the day they met. Nuo in her tight black corset and dress. Red Son, in a much nicer coat without tears and rips. The two were laughing while looking at eachother, eyes closed, wide smiles, and relaxed bodies.

Nuo turned to Red Son with a smile on her face,
"That was the first time Someone got my name right first try!" She joked with a chuckle. Red Son smiled chuckling with her, he leaned his head against hers, his hands gently placed on her waist pulling her close. Nuo smiled, she leaned on his shoulder cuddling closer to him,
"It's also where we had our first conversation," Red Son explained,
"And confession," Nuo added. Red Son chuckled which faded into groans Causing Nuo to burst out laughing.

The memories were still fairly vivid in their minds.

It was 199 years and 7 months, since DBK's banishment.

The Water Demon family (i know so original✨) was known for two very different reputations. The first which was most common among thier family was being cold, distant, emotionless even. But they were also known for being kind, calming, patient and every charming which they were most known for. The shear beauty of their family, said to make anyone who even looks in their eyes to fall madly in love with them.

Possibly even to the point of insanity.

Red son was a part of the Demon Bull King's family. The only child of theirs. Today he was to meet the Water Demon family. It was more of an alliance meeting, but Red Son didn't complain. He was curious, we're the rumors true? He wanted to know for sure. Red Son had to get up early to his mothers instructions. Fixing his small butterfly statue that no longer worked, turning it slightly to the right so it was centered again. Then to his mothers OTHER instructions, Red Son put on his usual wear but just nicer pants. Nothing that was ripped, burned torn, or stained with oil from his inventions.

Red Son walked to the entrance of their door next to his mother.
"Red Son."
"Yes mother?"
"I want you to be careful around this family," she said,
"I'm sorry?"
"The Water Demon Family can be kind, but they are also manipulative. We are fire, they are water. Be on your best behavior, do not let anything of our family's plans slip to them, and under NO circumstances. Tell them how you are genuinely feeling." Red Son stared at his mother. He was a bit confused but he shook it off and nodded,
"I will not let you down mother!" he said with determination. She looked at Red Son,
"Good," she said with soft smile.

Just then the doors began to open.

Red Son gulped more nervous than before. But when they entered, Red Son was a bit shocked. They were all very attractive, he would admit.
"Welcome! Welcome to our home!" His mother said greeting them with handshakes. Red Son smiled Shaking the hands of their many, children. 15 to be exact.

The oldest we're twins, both boys.
