No Control (Liam Payne)

Chapter 25

As I lie in his strong embrace after, I can hold back my curiosity no more.

"So I'm curious what brought on that amazing, sudden desire?"

Liam grins. "I got out of the pool and turned around to see you standing there in my t-shirt, which in the sunlight was completely see through. I could see every perfect inch of you, and combined with your still tousled from sleep curls falling on your shoulders...I was proper overcome!"

I smile. "Really? It had that much effect on you? Where's that shirt? I'm going to need to keep that close by." I act as though I'm going to go find the shirt.

Liam tickles my waist, pulling me back to him. "Trust me, you don't need that shirt to make me feel that way."

"How about a little pool time before lunch?"

"Sounds like fun." Liam replies.

"I'll put on my suit and meet you out there."

I walk outside in the red bikini I bought just for this trip. I'm not going to lie, I'm a little nervous if I look alright in it. However, the look on Liam's face as he sees me, helps my confidence.

"You look absolutely perfect."

"I was hoping you'd like it." I grin.

"I like it very much. How about you go swim and I'll just watch you?" He winks.

"I'm not that great of a swimmer. I need you there too."

"Ah, you want me to save you." Liam teases.

I get a serious look. "I think you already have."

Liam's grin turns to a more serious expression. He moves closer. "And you have saved me as well, Love." He leans down to kiss me.

We share gentle, sweet kisses for a few moments before Liam takes my hand, leading me over to the pool. We "play" in the pool for a while, teasing each other.

Afterwards we lay in chairs in the sun to dry off. As we lay there in silence relaxing, I feel Liam's hand reach over and take mine. We stay like that for sometime. It seems like there are times when just being together in the simplest ways is more than enough for us.
