Y/n shriveled on her desk with her forehead on the wooden surface. Another wave of pain rolled on in dull throbs that felt on the teetering balance between unbearable and annoying.
Scaramouche woke up a jaw dropping hour earlier than herself and drove himself to work the said morning. Meanwhile, she was greeted with a lovely surprise when she went to the bathroom. Nature is so very fair.

The fact the water in her water bottle was beginning to cool down wasn't helping either. Her current class looked at each other worriedly at their teacher's state. Even the whiteboard that was usually a bomb of colours remained blank today. She appreciated the students quieting down.
A sigh escaped her lips as she softly raised her head from the desk. "Hey, can someone to down and fill my bottle up with hot water..?" Y/n called out, expecting one or two kids offering to go down considering everyone was in the middle of the project.

More than half of the class immediately shot their hands up in volunteering, pausing whatever they were doing. Tears nearly welled at her eyes at the sight. Almost a third of the students offered their own water bottles. Although, it would be a bit of a hassle have to give it back to each owner later.

A few girls came back with packages of chocolate from vending machines. They comforted her while she continued to die on the desk.

Scaramouche was suspicious with how silent the class next door was. By this time, obnoxious laughter and objects clanking should be flooding from the closed door by now. Even his class seemed to feel the same way. He eventually shrugged it off and continued to type away at his computer.

There was a sound of the door slamming open and multiple students running out down to the hallway where the bathroom was. The bell hadn't even rung yet. He was tempted to get up and observe the situation, but concluded that it was a waste of time. It was her business to deal with.

Soon, the bell rung and everyone began to pack their things up. First break went as normal- a few minutes of chaos out in the halls, then silence from everyone being out in the courtyard or somewhere else. Scaramouche closed his eyes and leaned back on his chair. High pitched voices coming from his coworker's room distracted him from his former tranquillity. It must just be a group of students who didn't want to go out in the cold weather and used Y/n as a shield to stay in. Pathetic. When he was younger, he climbed mountains and crossed rivers to get to school in rain or sun.
