Tyla's POV
I told everyone at the same time that I got engaged and they screamed.
It was too crazy.
I just need to do the same for Tae now.
Problem is I don't know if she actually would like a ring or if she'd rather have a chain or another piece of jewelry.
I can't ask as well because that will be too obvious.
I dial a number on my phone and call it.
"What do you need?," Tae responds.
"Oh hey baby," I respond shocked.
"Hey my love, you good?,"
"Yes I'm okay, I called the wrong number,"
"Okay, I'll be home soon,"
"I'll be waiting," I say and she ends the call.
I look at what I'm doing this time and dial the right number.
"Hello," Bree answers.
"Hey I need a favour," I say holding a pen in my right hand.
"About Tae?,"
"Yeah, I want to propose to her as well but I don't know if she'd like a ring or if she'd prefer a watch,"
"To be honest with you I'd say she would rather get a tattoo of your name, or a picture of you on her,"
"That makes sense. May you please still ask her though, I just want to know for sure,"
"Okay I will do it, later,"
"Bye," I say and she ends the call.
Tae opens the door and I walk up to her and put my arms around her waist, looking up at her.
"Where did you go?,"
"To book a tattoo appointment. Then to get groceries and more stuff,"
"You got your hair done as well? It smells nice," I say squinting my eyebrows.
"Thank you,"
I smile then go back to what I was doing.
It hurts that she didn't ask me to do her hair. I enjoy doing it.
Maybe she just wanted to get her hair done and it's got nothing to do with me.
I shrug.
"Why didn't you ask me to do your hair?," I ask getting it off my chest.
"I didn't know you wanted to do it. So I just had it done somewhere else,"
"I do. I always do. I thought, yeah,"
"Next time I'll ask you first, will that work?,"
"Yes it will. Thank you,"
"Always my love," she says kissing my forehead.
(3 months later)
I walk in Ace's apartment and Tae walks in behind me
"We're playing truth or drink Tyla. Tae's gonna watch with Rae,"
"Sir yes sir," I say saluting her.
I go sit on the stool after Tae puts my chain on for me.
"One thing you've told me but haven't told Tae?,"
I look at Tae, my eyes squinted.
I told her I wanted to eat her ass. She knows I did codeine. I want to get a new tattoo of a butterfly.
