I broke at the moment but I had to compose myself, I felt tears in my eyes. I walked towards them, every step closer to them crushed my heart.
He was kneeling down infront of the same girl, "will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes!"
He hugged her and twirled her, they both laughed their heart out. "Thank you for accepting me Diksha!"
They all saw me, "I-I am sorry... I just..." I looked at Abhay. "Rishi called you"
Bhai just looked at me, and nodded. I walked out of there, "You like him, Don't you?" I heard Abhay Bhai.
"H-How?" I whispered softly. "Rishi, just by mistake, told me" He looked me with pity. He hugged me tightly, "It's fine..." And that was the string for me.
I cried badly, "I... I have no right to feel this way...b-but I can't help it... I-I tried to move on f-from t-this st-stupid crush but-but... I c-can't... I just fall more and more..." I sobbed in his arms.
"Look at me, munchkin" he cupped my cheeks. "It's not your fault... We can't control love. And don't cry my bacche You sure will get someone better, god definitely made someone for you out there. There will be someone who will love you more than anything " he kissed my forehead.
"What? Do we have another couple between us?" We both turned to voice, it was Rishabh. Arjun and the girl Diksha was also there, he was holding her in his arms.
He looked at me and smiled at me, His grey eyes were filled with hope. He walked towards me.
I felt Abhay Bhai squeezed my hands, Suddenly Abhay Bhai's phone rang. "What is it Rishi?"
He dragged me with him as well. He talked to Rishi while my mind was going back to scene I saw,
I can't forget you, neither I can get. Allow me to love you from far away, if I came closer I know I'll get hurt.
"Nisha?" I heard Abhay Bhai, she looked at me with confusion. "What's wrong with her? Why is she crying and who are you?"
"I am Abhay shekhawat, Rishi's cousin..." He sighed.

"Shreya..." Nisha called me softly. I closed my eyes, it was unbearable pain, "Gudiya... Meri gudiya udaas kyu hai?"

I opened my eyes, I will smile for you. No matter how hard it is, I will try to be happy just for you.
I walked towards my balcony and looked at the stars. "You should try to move on... I don't want you to cry for him" I heard Nisha.
"When we love, we can't just forget them and move on. It's hard, I wish I could forget him...."
"So what? Let him hurt you?" Nisha snapped. "Nisha, How is it his fault? It is me who love him. He can do anything he want in his life, just because I love him he is not bound to me... We are nothing."
I went to bed and slept, trying to escape the reality.
The next day I woke up, With no hope. Just like I lost him, I lost hope.
He wasn't even mine in the first place to loose.
I chuckled sadly, the fate God made for me is full of pain and loneliness. I got ready for my college, Nisha came to pick me.
She smiled at me and I returned, which was not real. "Don't try to pretend, Shreya" She looked at me with pity. "I'll be fine"
"You are telling this to me or to yourself?" She said.
We reached to college, I attended my classes, but my mind was not there. I was just numbly sitting. Everything makes me feel as if I am not good enough to hold onto people.
Everyone I love has been leaving me, Am I that bad?
I was walking absent mindley in the hall when I felt a pull and I was in someone's arms. "I told you, you are miss clumsy" I heard his husky voice.
I looked up, he was smiling down at me. His grey eyes shinning for some reasons. "You would have fell from stairs ma'am"
That's when I realised I was on staircase. "Uhh thanks Arjun" I detached myself from him. "Shreya! Come here... Let's go to canteen" Nisha dragged me not before glaring at Arjun.
We both sat on our regular seat when I saw Arjun with Diksha and Rishabh sat near me. Nisha frowned.
"Shreya! Come with me" Abhay Bhai came out of sudden. I looked at Nisha and she smirked. And that's when I realised both of them don't want me stay around Arjun.
"Abhay won't you sit with us?" Diksha asked. "No... Not today... Shreya come!"
"Where are you taking her?" Arjun spoke. "Just... Somewhere... You guys enjoy." He smiled at them and took my hands.
Nisha too followed us. "What is going on guys?" I asked them. "You just follow us" Abhay Bhai smiled.
I saw Rishi outside the college, "Let's go" Rishi chirped. We settled ourselves in his car. After sometime of driving he stopped, I saw outside it was a carnival.
"Today, it's just us... We childhood friends reliving our childhood" Nisha said. "I told my plan to Abhay Bhai and Rishi, We were fed up of looking at your sad face"
"It's not even been a day of my heartbreak" I rolled my eyes. "And so we are here to patch up your broken heart" Rishi winked.
How can I forget I have them? I smiled and said, "Then let's go"
"Abhay Bhai, Let's go on Ferris wheel"
"WHAT ME? Why not Rishi?" He looked at me all horrified. "Because he is afraid of them, he'll shout in our ears, making us deaf and then will puke all the way" Nisha rolled his eyes
"Then your bhai is no different girls" Rishi said. "These boys are useless..." Me and Nisha said it in unison.
We had so much fun in the carnival, I won't deny that a part of me craved for him every minute. Hoping only if he was mine.
But love can't be forced, moreover he is happy that's all it matters. I'll try to be happy as well.
For you... I'll try ... I will keep my promise.
