Third Person POV:
Yeji sat at her desk, staring blankly at the computer screen in front of her. She had been co-owner of Vale Inc. for a few months now, and while she loved the work, there were moments when she couldn't help but feel overwhelmed. As she sat there, her mind began to drift back to a time before Vale Inc., before she even knew what it meant to be a business owner. She thought about her time with Ryujin, her first love, and how different her life was back then.
It had been a few years since they broke up, but Yeji still found herself thinking about Ryujin often. She couldn't help it - she was her first love, after all, and they had been together for years. She wondered what she was doing now, if she had found someone new, if she was happy.
Yeji leaned back in her chair and closed her eyes, letting her mind wander back to the past. She remembered the first time she met Ryujin, at a party her friend had dragged her to. They had locked eyes from across the room, and she had felt an instant connection with her. They had spent the whole night talking and laughing, and by the end of the night, Yeji knew that she wanted to see her again.
Their first date was a disaster - it had rained and they had ended up getting soaked. But even then, Yeji knew that she was falling in love with Ryujin. They started dating officially soon after that, and their relationship was everything Yeji had ever wanted. They were happy, they were in love, and they were young.
Yeji opened her eyes and sighed. She missed those days, when life was simple and love was all she needed. But things had changed since then. She and Ryujin had grown apart, and eventually, they had broken up. Yeji had been devastated at the time, but she had picked herself up and moved on.
And now, here she was, a co-owner of a successful business. It was a far cry from the life she had with Ryujin, but it was a good life. She had worked hard to get where she was, and she was proud of herself. She knew that Ryujin would be proud of her too, if she could see her now.
Yeji glanced at the clock on her desk and realized that she had been lost in thought for over an hour. She shook her head and got back to work, pushing thoughts of Ryujin to the back of her mind. She had a job to do, and she was going to do it well. But as she typed away at her keyboard, Yeji couldn't help but wonder what her life would have been like if she and Ryujin had stayed together. Would they have been happy? Would they have been successful? She would never know, but she couldn't help but wonder.
In the end, Yeji knew that she was happy with the life she had now. She had her own business, her own success, and she didn't need a woman to make her happy. But that didn't mean she didn't miss Ryujin. She would always hold a special place in her heart, no matter what. And who knows? Maybe someday they would cross paths again, and they could catch up on old times. But for now, Yeji was content with where she was in life, and she was excited to see where the future would take her.
