Hello everyone! We are here for the bonus chapter of Shashi and her Vaishu.

But seriously I'm disappointed with the number of votes. What's more disappointing is people reading the whole book but voting only for few chapters? Why like that? And some are voting only for Prologue and Epilogue. Then what sin did the other chapters do? Reads are near to 40K (maybe 40K when this chapter is published) but the votes are still half to the hundredth part of views. Utter disappointment.

And I'm happy to see many adding the book to their reading lists, believe me that notification always makes me smile.

Living with the one who loves you and whom you love is definitely an unidentified blessing.

And Shashi was blessed to have her Vaishu in her life. Her bava, her lover, her husband, who always cared for her more than himself and same with the family. Girls were given more affection and love than boys which often bruised Kaushik and Vaishnav but they let it to for the sake of their wives if not they would be sleeping outside their room.

Right now, Shashi was standing in the balcony. Her gaze fixed on the road for any bike to stop in front of her home. It's been freaking 45 minutes and the man was still wandering on the roads. Her pregnancy hormones took a toll and tears found their way out.

Mythri came into the room with her 1 and a half year old Arjun who was whining. Aju seeing his favourite aunt in the balcony signed his mother in put him down. Mythri put him down and he ran to Shashi and hugged her legs.

Feeling someone's presence, she looked down and smiled at her nephew. But her bad luck, her very tiny bumped belly didn't let her lift her nephew who made a crying face as she wasn't giving him any attention like before.

Arjun cried and ran towards his mother. Mythri looked at the two babies who were crying but for different reasons. Aju was crying as Shashi wasn't giving him attention while Shashi was completely a nut case and pregnancy hormones being cherry on the top.

"Mythri, it's freaking 45 minutes and he didn't come yet!"

Shashi yelled in frustration and Mythri stiffened to suppress her threatening laugh. Shashi was whining and Arjun was crying and she trying hard not to laugh at the two babies in front of her.

"Shashi, traffic undi emo, vastharu le"

(Maybe there was traffic. He will come.)

She handed her a fruit which Shashi took without any argument being hungry. She looked at Aju who was looking at her with a crying face.

"Aju kanna, shhh, edavaku"

(Aju dear, shhh, don't cry.)

Shashi sat on the bed holding her four months belly and Aju again crawled towards her. She took him into his arms and kissed all his face.

"Sorry Aju, Attha ninnu asalu chudaledhe, sorry"

(Sorry Aju, Aunt didn't give you any attention, sorry.)

Shashi hugged him tight and he too encircled her arms around her neck as tight as he could. He was again her solace, her company, her partner when his mama again left her for his duty. Though she never complained but this time she didn't want her Vaishu to leave her, not when she needed him the most. But he left her and it's been 2 months.. 8 weeks.. 60 days.. and there's no address of this man except for the one minute phone calls where he talks with her. She missed him every day, every hour, every minute, every second.
