Thranduil met with his council as usual.
"Elros, I want you to make sure that all the barrels containing wine are washed away in groups, and the empty barrels are washed away when the sun goes down.And Feren, what is the status of Imladris?" he asked
"Imladris said they haven't emptied all their barrels, but I got a letter from Lothlorien"
"From Lothlorien?"
"And this is personal, addressed directly to you from Lord Celeborn"
"Ah cousin Celeborn. Give it to me"
Feren handed Thranduil the envelope
"I'll read it later"

Thranduil entered the library only to find Verena standing, busy reading the stack of papers in front of her.
"Verena, why are you standing?" He asked, worried
Verena smiled "I just wanted to get something on the shelf" she answered
Thranduil came over to her, he then stroked Verena's stomach which was starting to grow "how is our child?" He asked,
and with a warm smile on her face, she said "it won't stop kicking"
"Really?" Thranduil squatted down and put his head on Verena's stomach "Hi my beloved child, I know you are very strong, but don't keep kicking your mother" Thranduil then kissed Verena's stomach
Suddenly Feren came into the room "my king, one of the messengers from the regent of Lake Town has come to pay the remainder of their debt. And needs your signature."
Thranduil nodded "I'll be there soon" he kissed Verena and her stomach "take care of yourself" He then left with Feren.
Verena continued to work and complete some documents, she did not sit, eat, or drink. Over time, she felt something very painful in her stomach and her vision began to blur. She held on to the table in front of her "REINA.... REINA!!!" She shouted with a trembling voice
Reina entered the room "you called me, my queen?"
"C-can you call a healer?" Verena suddenly screamed and fell to her knees.
Reina ran over to her, and when she saw Verena's feet, Reina saw fresh blood dripping from under her skirt "MELUDIR! MELUDIR!!!!" He shouted in panic
Meludir entered the room "what?!" he said, panicking
"Summon the healer immediately! And after that fetch the king. This is an emergency!" Reina screamed in panic
Meludir jumped up, ran out with a panicked face.
With sweats dripped from his forehead, and pale face Meludir entered the courtroom
"Meludir, what's wrong?" Thranduil asked
While Feren looks very confused
"It's Verena!"
