Day 5: Yoga. How I lost 22 pounds/10 KG in just 2 months

I personally started practicing yoga since November 2022.

I always thought it's not for me. But once I gave it a try, I can't stop.

The only reason I started practicing yoga wasto activate my chakras. Specific yoga asanas/poses/postures corresponds to each chakra.

Besides activating my chakras, through practicing yoga I also lost 22 LBS/10 kg in just 2 months. Losing weight was not intentional.

It helped me increase my energy levels, made my body more flexible and it's honestly the best way to start your day. I meditate first, though.

I practice yoga for 25–35 minutes daily.
