I used to think naps aren't for me. I can't even properly sleep at night, how am I going to sleep in daylight?
But then I genuinely started loving it.
It helps me to calm my mind, bring peace and release any stress.
I was surprised to see the effects right away, once I started napping I realized how impactful this "tool" actually is.
It's a great way to reset your nervous system when you feel anxiety, fear, stress or any other negative feelings and emotions.
