This exercise might actually change your perception of life. We started practicing it with Firuza since we moved to Portugal in the beginning of 2021.

Basically once a week from the moment we get up which is usually around 6–7 a.m. till noon 12 pm we don't talk to each other and don't use any gadgets. No phones, laptops.

We stay silent for 5–6 hours. It helps calm our minds, brings peace to our soul and helps structure our thoughts. These all lead to a better understanding of yourself and your reality.

Think about it, when are you really spending time with yourself in silence? NEVER.

First we thought it was going to be hard to practice this every week. But then we realized that every time it's getting easier and easier. And now we're actually looking forward to it.

I highly recommend you give it a try.
