Our body mostly consists of water.

The very first thing I do when I get up is drink water and it's also the last thing I do before sleep.

There are lots of benefits of drinking more water, which you have probably already heard of such as better skin, healthier body, better digestion, weight control, energy boost and etc.

I completely stopped drinking tea, reduced coffee or even juices. And instead I drink water. Sometimes I do drink coffee though, but that's only after water.

One thing I noticed is that if you drink water when you think you're hungry, your hunger is gone. Try it.

I'm not going to recommend you to drink a specific amount of water but just keep in mind that water is life and drink as much as you feel you need.
