The best part of the day and it's something I try to do everyday is swimming in the ocean (even in winter when the water temp is 14 C)
I'm not sure where this love for cold water originated from but I'm assuming from childhood when my father used to wipe my body with a cold towel in the mornings or took me swimming in an outdoor pool even during the winters.
I stay swimming in the ocean for 10–20 minutes even on cold and windy days because it gives me so much energy, strength and mental power.
For those of you who don't live by the water, try daily cold showers. They're known to improve your overall wellbeing as well as improve metabolism, circulation, relieve pain & stress. And obviously, heighten your immune system.
