Grounding is considered as one of the most powerful tools to feel the connection between you and the Earth. Feeling connected with everything you are surrounded by is very important if you want to calm your mind and bring peace to your soul.

Grounding lets you electrically reconnect with the Earth and this stabilizes you at the deepest level, reduces stress, anger, inflammation, improves blood flow, energy and sleep.

I personally practice grounding daily.

You can practice grounding by walking on the beach or on the grass barefoot for several minutes a day.

Swimming in the ocean/sea/river/lake or working in the garden are also considered grounding practices.
