The other day I realized why swimming in the cold ocean/sea is so beneficial. It's not just because it improves your mental health, increases energy and reduces stress, anger.

The most important thing is that you can use this time in the cold water to reprogram your subconscious mind.

When you are in the cold water your analytical mind swithes off and now your subconscious mind is available for the new program, new empowering beliefs.

While in cold water start repeating certain affirmations/commands.

For example, in my case, I say:

I'm a bestselling author

I live my life fully

I enjoy everything I do

I'm a happy and successful man

I'm the most influential speaker of all times

My message reaches millions of people

Besides repeating the commands, you have to feel the emotions too. Try to elevate your emotions each time you say the affirmation.
