Mason mount one shots

"Miss me?"

"Mase I don't want to go." I cried into my boyfriends chest. "I know my love, I know but what can we do to stop it?" He asked me. My stomach dropped knowing he was right and I didn't have a choice. "I hate them for doing this to me." I whispered after a while tightening my arms around masons waist. "I know, so do I Nova." He whispered back. Me and mason had been dating for about 2 years before my parents decided we had to leave. We had met at school through a mutual friend and had been inseparable since. Even though we was just 17 we both knew we was each others person. I know it sounds dramatic complaining about moving but it was just an hour away it was a whole different country. I had decided I wanted to see mason the day before leaving so it wouldn't be as hard. I was wrong it was so painful. We was currently laid in his bed with him stroking my hair to calm me down. "Nova your parents are here!" Debbie shouted from downstairs making me cry even harder. "Shush it's okay my love." Mason said kissing me. "What if I never see you again?" I whisper. He takes a deep breath, "hopefully that never happens, but if it does then just don't forget me yea?" He asked pulling me into a tighter hug. This time we were both crying scared of the future. We slowly made our way downstairs before i turn to face mason. "That won't happen, I will find you mason mount." I say before pulling him into a kiss. He pulled away smiling, "I'm counting on it." We give each other one last hug before I'm dragged away from him for the last time. I sit in the back of my car I silence. My brother grabs my hand giving it a slight squeeze to give me some reassurance. "I'm sorry nova..." my mum started. "Don't mum please. I don't want to talk about it." I say quietly. I made a promise to mason and I planned to keep it.

3 years later

"Come on nova." My brother said dragging my hand towards the bar he had insisted on bringing me to. "Why are we here again? I thought we was going to try and find mason?" I asked jake my brother as we sat down. "Yea well I thought we could have a drink first. We only just got back her novs please give us a chance." He said. I sighed knowing he was right, "I know I'm sorry I just... I miss him." I say the last part quietly almost as if I was embarrassed to say it. Jake reached over to squeeze my hand giving me a sad smile. We heard loud cheers coming from the left side of the bar. "I wonder what's going on?" I ask. Jake shrugged, "maybe someone famous is here." He said making us both laugh.
Masons pov
My eyes widen when I spot her. She's laughing with what looks like her brother. She looks stunning. Nova. My girl, sat in the same bar I was currently celebrating Christians birthday with the rest of my teammates. I had to go speak to her. I hadn't stopped thinking about her since she left. I took a deep breath before making my way towards her. I made my way up behind her when I saw Jakes eyes widen. I put my finger to my lips shushing him before nova can turn round. "What jake?" I hear her ask. I took that as my cue tapping her on the shoulder.
Novas pov
I felt someone tap my shoulder making me jump in surprise before turning around and being met with my favourite pair of brown eyes. We stared at each in awe before he spoke. "Miss me?" He asked opening his arms which I jumped into. "Omg Mase." I say as I cried into his neck. Only this time I was crying happy tears not sad ones. "I have been counting the days until I would see you again." He whispered. I laugh, "well you can stop counting cos I'm here baby to stay. If you will have me of course." He scoffed, "have you?? Of course I want you".  He said before he pulled me into a kiss. We pulled away smiling at each other. "I missed that." I whispered before he pulled me into a hug. "I missed you more." Mason said making me smile. Finally I was in the arms of the man I truly loved. The promise I made fulfilled. "I love you mase" I said quietly. "I love you nova." He whispered back.
