Kate found her way towards the woods and searched all Yelenas usual spots.
"Yelena it's me Kate I need to find you!"
There was no answer but she heard gasps and grunts and ran to her left
"I'm sorry Kate bishop"
Yelena said still punching the tree in front of her . Silent tears streamed down both Women's faces and Yelena pounded the tree her knuckles bleeding and skin ripping "Lena stop please your hurting yourself"
Kate pleaded grabbing Yelena
"No,no.."
Yelena sobbed collapsing into her girlfriend and crying her eyes out.Kates arms wrapped around Yelena and she sat against the tree still cuddling Yelena and admittedly crying herself
"I've got you lena.. shell be ok"
Yelenas crying slowed and she lay against Kate's chest
"What if shes not"
She whispered her throat inflamed from crying and kate held Yelenas hands concern spread on her face as she saw the skin ripped from her knuckles and the blood still coming just not as quickly
"Dont think of that now instead remember all the good times you had and all the bad think of her in life and hopefully the surgery will work and shell be back with us soon"
Kate continued
"But now -she stood up pulling yelena with her- your knuckles need bandaging"
Yelena looked at her knuckles and winced as she tried to move them. She kissed yelena on the head
"я тебя люблю (I love you) Kate Bishop" she said kissing Kate's head and smiling at her
"I love you too lena" she replied grabbing Yelenas hand and pulling her towards the Bartons house
