"Jasmin CSK ka match h remote de" He repeated sternly.

Again no response.

"Ye aise nhi maanegi" He muttered rubbing his face and got up from the couch to switch off the tv itself.

"Aly Aly wait wait wait!" Jasmin squealed. "Dekho tv off mt kro...........mera horstar ka subscription bhi khtam ho gya h" She whined.

"Thik h nhi karunga, bs ye bta remote kahaa chipaya h" He asked seriously.

"Alyyyyy pls naaaaa" She pouted and streched her lower lip.

He pointed his forefinger at her "Jasmin dekh ......"

"Aly tum usse jio cinema pe bhi dekh skte ho na vo bhi bilkul free agar m phone pe dekhungi toh mujhe subscription lena padega,.........   come on patidev thoda toh sustainable bano"

"Jasmin"

"Alyyyyyyy................ Pleaseeeeeeeeee"

He sighed.

"Jasmin. No.  ...... M IPL k sath compromise nhi kar sakta vo bhi tb jb CSK ka match ho, thik h" He forwarded his right hand. "La remote de, varna acha nhi hoga"

"Alyyy, Acha tum bhi mere sath dekho....... Sai our Sattu ki jodi kitni pyaari lagri h, chlo aao baitho yhi dekhte h" She patted on the couch beside her for him.

"Bna mt mujhe smjhi na 2 saal se ye bakwas show dekh rhi h, aur mera IPL saal me sirf kuch dino k liye aata h, Jasmin, This is my last warning. Remote de varna tu teri Sai phir kbhi nhi dekh paayegi"

Just then Aly saw the remote below the pillow. He took it out and immediately changed the channel.

"Alyyyy" She whined but ignoring her he continued watching the match sitting beside her. Jasmin puffed her cheeks and crossed her arms around her chest.

Hearing their bickerings Aly's mom entered the living room.

"Tum dono nahi sudhroge na, kya chlra h haa Aly"

"Kuch nhi Maa aap so jaao" Aly replied. But Jasmin's face lit up seeing her.

"Arey aise kse so jaao" She smirked looking at Aly, he raised his eyebrows in return. "Aaao na Maa yha baitho" She made her mother in law sit between both of them.

Aly continued watching his match.

"Maa aapne 'ghum' dekhna chhod diya tha na....." Jasmin said.

"Haa aur mujhe dekhna bhi nahi h, huhh pta nhi kya hi dikha rhe h bechari meri Sai" Aly's mom replied. Aly chuckled and raised his one eyebrow teasingly at Jasmin.

Jasmin showed him tongue and continued "Nhi maa usme na ek nya twist aaya h"

"Kyaa"

"Sai k liye na ye log nya lead role laaye h Satya"

"Satya?" She asked confusingly.

"Haa Maa, aur aapko pta h vo bhi na Dr. h, Dr. Satya usse pyaar se na Sattu bulaate h aur pta h Sai ki na shadi hone wali h usse aisa maine insta pe dekha"

"Achaa" Mumma got excited and sat beside Jasmin while correcting her duppatta. "Acha jraa lga toh uspe"

Jasmin patted herself mentally and looked at Aly "Aly remote Dena" She said with as much innocence she could put into.
